Our entire family founds the beds incredibly comfortable! Good breakfast, pleasant staff, and very well priced. I would definitely stay here again!

Minor cosmetic issues (i.e. small chips in paint, 1 small stain on the carpet in our room, etc) but that's probably the only thing keeping them from charging double.

The location was perfect. Everything we needed was only blocks away. The pool wasn't working at the time but the hotel manager allowed us earlier check-in for free in lieu of not having a pool. We were there for a military graduation, our sailor was allowed liberty leave, the manager upgraded our room w/o hesitation so that we could be with our sailor in our hotel room. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying at this hotel for our next visit! Can not beat the hospitality and comfort!

It was a clean and quiet place. Especially after being all day at Six Flags (literally across the road). Beds are queen...and super comfortable. Breakfast was great...loved the waffles! They had eggs, sausages, toast, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal and of course coffee and juices. It was great! The area was always kept cleaned and also immediately when people finished eating. Needed more days to stay.

Location. It's close to food and entertainment only 17mins from great lakes navy base for navy graduation 15mins from the nex to pick up the graduation tickets. It's mainly quiet night 4 we had loud noises in the hall.

Broken tiles on the floor. One snagged my sock and I nearly fell trying to avoid pulling the tile up. Mini fridge froze everything so turn it down so you don't waste food like we did.

Great location, practically walking distance from Six Flags Great America, close to various food options and gas stations as well. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I felt safe staying here.

Breakfast left something to be desired, I would've liked to see more options for hot food. The pool was incredibly small, not much room for swimming. The elevator was kinda of sketchy, ended up mostly using the stairs. Wifi wasn't very strong.

It was much better than expected for the price considering the quality of the motel and its location. It was wonderful to get off the road to a nice hotel after driving hours in the rain.

I think they were still in transition with decorating because the lobby looked very empty and very cold. Needed some color and texture to soften the look. Also the lights in the bathroom were extremely bright! Very hard on the eyes when turning them on at night. Need to get lower color temperature when using LEDS.

Price was very good, the hotel was clean and appears to be in the process of a major remodel, redone rooms and bathrooms. Easy access to the highway, and very close to Six Flags.

The only thing I personally did not like was that the new floors are laminate, which makes the room a bit noisy, but that would not impact my decision to stay again. The location is very good for my needs.

Great location, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable, and it was quiet. Restaurants, Dunkin, and ice cream shops within walking distance and very short drive (5/10 mins) to Six Flags and mall.

Curtains weren’t able to completely close, some cosmetic issues but they do upkeep property well.

The location was ideal for anything that my wife and I wanted to do. Conveniently located near everything, making getting to all of the local stores and restaurants easy.

Some of the front desk personnel was very rude and unpleasant. One of the staff told me that if I didn't like another room, they'd refund me my money. Which I didn't want a refund, I merely wanted the type of room that I reserved on the front side of the hotel. Simply put, she was not a nice person

Room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of items. And the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again if I visit Gurnee.

Not the hotel's fault.... But they had some very disrespectful guests and they partied very loud until 4am. Slamming doors and talking in the hallway. The front desk told them to quiet down but they didn't listen.
