Location is well situated with shops and attractions within 5 or 10 minutes of driving time. The parking lot may be a little small and oddly placed in my opinion, but once inside I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely care about how you are doing and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic!

Only Negative I have is that the shower seemed to be installed for smaller individuals (mind you most of the staff I met were lovely Indian staff members) so my 6 foot body had to bend down a little to get the faucet where I needed it to be.

The people in charge went out of their way to accommodate me when I was in a difficult situation. They were kind, thoughtful, and exactly the type of people who should be running this place. Their hospitality skills were great! The housekeeper was so very kind as well.

I do wish there were more options for breakfast.

The breakfast was good and the location near the mall was excellent. We could walk just across the streets to the mall. The hotel was located near a lot of businesses and restaurants which was great.

The ice maker was dirty and had a substance on the ice tray that looked nasty. Need to put salt down on the ground when it snows to prevent anyone from falling.c

The beds were cozy and my family had no issues sleeping and relaxing. The fridge was one of the best sizes we’ve had in a while, great for storing the leftovers from the many great restaurants nearby. The microwave was great too. Midnight meals were heavenly.

The hallway on the ground floor smelt like a pool, probably because they propped the pool door open while we were there. I am sure there was a good reason for that. Next time will probably be different. Pool was nice. Hot tub could be a smidge hotter.

The breakfast was wonderful. My friend and I really enjoyed the waffles. The hot tub was just what we needed before and after heading to fright fest at six flags. We also loved that the mall was right next to the hotel within walking distance.

I used to work at a hotel as a house keeper in the past, so I was able to notice spots in the room that was not cleaned. I have stayed in far more worse rooms and the one we were in was not horrible at all. Just a few spots under the bed that could have been vacuumed up.

Staff were very friendly. The customer service is great!

The pool needs maintenance the water quality was a turn off it seemed so dirty. We did not dare get in which is as a bummer because my kids really wanted to swim. It is also very small so only one family can go in at the time. The breakfast was very basic. Could do better.

The Comfort Inn is very close to Six Flags. It is the best combination of affordable and clean I have found in the area. There is a K cup coffee maker and decent sheets on the bed. The water gets hot enough and comes out hard enough. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is ample parking.

There are small signs of disrepair. I don't like the smell of the cleaning products that you smell in the hallway. ( Something akin to Fabuloso).

At our arrival the room smelled a little weird, it was like a humid wet smell. The sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower. Staff knocked on our door and since we took a minute they almost open it with a key saying if we asked for a bathroom plunger.

Staff was very friendly and asked how we were doing and check up on us both days the guy who ran it was very helpful and thanking us for coming which was a plus cause I stay in a lot of hotels and this is the first time anyone has check on us and asked how we were enjoying our stay. Definitely will be back.

I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area won't book a room anywhere else.

I loved the staff, as well as the room which I booked. The place was relatively clean, and had all the basics one would need to have a comfortable stay. The free morning breakfast was quite nice, and it had great variety.

The only issues I would say I had was the fact that there is little to no places to walk to outside the hotel, and there was also the fact that the bathroom fixtures needed to be updated / cleaned.
