The property was clean and well kept. Room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast provided both hot sausage, eggs and other options including fresh fruit. View of the harbor was better than we expected. We left clothing in the room, flew out the same day. When we contacted the manager he went above and beyond to find the shirts and then mail then to us!! We REALLY appreciate the extra effort shown to us!

Our only complaint....we wish we could have stayed longer or had this type of service at other properties during our trip! Keep up your excellent work!

The room was very clean and orderly. The common areas of the hotel were also very clean. The breakfast was hot and good. The location was great, an easy walk to the beach and lakefront. Restaurants and coffee shops walkable. It was a wonderful stay. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We made a reservation on the spur of the moment through a booking site and she made sure to receive the reservation and checked us in We will definitely stay at this property and location again.

Did not have any dislikes - stayed for one evening.

We have been to this Wyndham before. On this trip it was just as enjoyable as our other trips. Our bathroom sink was plugged, and we reported it to the front desk to Marie who was working at the time. She immediately told us that someone would look at it, and within a half hour the problem was solved. Also at one of the breakfasts, a couple of family's didn't have control of their children with food spilled, and LISA was cleaning as soon as they left.

Can't really think of anything that we really didn't like.

Location was great, convenient parking. Attractive fireplace. Staff very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

Breakfast. Eggs were rubbery and cold. Poor selection of breads and rolls; juice canned; coffee fair; poor quality yogurt and no plain. Coffee ok. Altogether rather poor. Toilet paper and Kleenex cheap. Hair dryer didn’t heat up. No stopper in sink—danger of small items falling down drain. Pillows all too data d hard; need at lead one slimmer choice.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The no slip guard in the tub/shower was coming up at the edges, but it still worked. The breakfast was good. The eating area was clean and well maintained. The location is great. We had a harbor view and it was beautiful.

We could hear the people in the room next to us. We could hear doors slamming (maybe even just shutting the door) in the morning. As I wrote above, the tub/shower seemed a little outdated. The shades in the room (419) were hard to close, especially the one on the right.

Excellent stay - 5 stars! The hotel has been completely updated inside. The room was beautiful - Very Clean. The colors are bright, happy and soothing. The view over the harbour was stunning. The breakfast room was freshly painted - breakfast was available a little earlier than the posted 7am time (we appreciated the earlier time). Check-in was fabulous. The manager was very nice, patiently answered all of our questions, had suggestions for dinner. Our room was very quiet. Parking is on the same lot as hotel. A wonderful stay. Thank you!

Our stay was perfect.

I loved that it was by the Lighthouses. It was our 44th Anniversary Trip. And for our third night staying in a different City by lighthouses, I believe God knew exactly what I like and He blessed me . I even asked God to let a sailboat come in towards the hotel and very shortly after here came one. I wished I had been up higher or a room or two up the hall from where we were to get a better picture of the Red lighthouse without the power lines in the picture.

We were in room 323 facing the harbor. We have been to this Wyndham before and have enjoyed our stays. Nice location for some great sight seeing! Always enjoyed morning breakfast. Usually there is at least on meat. Just saying LOL.

Bathtub had some drain issues, but not enough to be concerned. Bed was unusually hard and seemed to have a plastic liner on it which made the bed really hot to sleep on. Cleaning staff was nice enough to give clean towels in the morning.

Was a nice location right by the lake. Close to the college. Pool was warmer than most. Bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with variety.

Only 1 elevator was working and hot tub was down. Beds were extremely firm so we felt very stiff the next day.

We liked everything! Every staff member was friendly, the location is very cool, facility is clean, beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in that area.

I didn't like that we were only there for an overnight stay. The hotel is nice and has a comedy club. The surrounding area is a place we wanted to explore. Restaurants and other activities were within walking distance. The hotel is right on the lake. Beautiful area with lots to do
