I’m always searching for destinations that blend comfort, quality, and unique experiences and this resort exceeded my expectations. The staff greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived, offering personalized touches that made the stay feel special. Rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with breathtaking views. What stood out most was the balance of relaxation and activity guests could enjoy tranquil beach mornings, cultural excursions in the afternoon, and vibrant entertainment in the evenings. I would recommend this property to couples seeking romance or families wanting a worry-free vacation.

However, I did want to share some feedback about the parking process. I found it confusing to exit the structure due to unclear directions, which led to some frustration. Upon both arrival and departure, I did not receive clear instructions on how to use the parking pass that was purchased. Eventually, I was informed that the ticket pulled upon entry must be used when exiting, followed by scanning the pass. This wasn’t communicated upfront, and I believe clearer guidance either at check-in or via signage would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

Staff When we arrived 3 staff members were talking behind the front desk. One helped us but then had a problem with the reservation. A fourth person stepped into help. I think that person was the manager. She was fixing her dress the whole time. Then the others also tried to help. After several minutes I asked if they couldn’t locate my reservation. No they had it but room assignment was the problem. 3 staff members served breakfast. Food was cold but one of them made our waffles since the machine wasn’t working properly

The location was great and water and coffee were almost always available in the lobby.

Housecleaning services were inconsistent. One day our bed was made, garbage removed, and clean towels were delivered. Other days, only the garbage was removed. There were no slippers or kettle and this was a 4-star hotel.

We always stay at this location while in town. It is clean and a beautiful location. It is close to restaurants we love. We enjoy the breakfast buffet. Parking has improved.

We stayed 2 nights and maid knocked at the door at 8:30 to service the room. It was early for us.

my room was right off the lobby...and next to the housekeeping staff room...so it was a bit noisy...we could hear loud talkers in the lobby seating area... but it was super close to the coffee table...so that was awesome...and close to the pool.... and the harbor walk.... we enjoyed our stay.

i wish there were balconies...or verandas...for outside access from our room...but we were on the ground floor ...so i get that it would have been a security risk...

I loved everything about the property it was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotel s, everything was so clean in the rooms were all updated and looked like they were brand new

I thought they had free breakfast but they were charging $15.99 no breakfast for that in my opinion but if we don't let that from staying there because it was a wonderful place

Gianni at the front desk went above and beyond in making me feel comfortable and taken care of and Jeff was also so friendly and helpful!! I came to get away and relax and this was definitely a home away from home I want to come back to!

Breakfast was ok the service was very good. The truck I was driving was too tall to fit in the parking garage at the hotel or other ones near to the hotel and it was dumping snow so they let me park overnight in one of the spots that says no overnight parking. Thanks so much

the hotel is in a nice location - there is construction going on all around it and its very congested . the hotel is very nice and the harbor walk on the lake side takes away all the busyness of the entrance. the parking garage gate is very very tight to get a vehicle in - other than that great stay tks

The staff was so pleasant and the facility it self was so nice. Definitely would stay again when visiting.

The only thing that we were unaware of was paying for parking but that still wasn’t so bad and that the rooms sliding glass doors were all drilled so they could not be opened to the walkway by the marina.
