Everything was spotlessly clean and updated. The bed was comfortable. We liked that the nightstands had built-in electrical outlets and 2 USB A/B. The room had shampoo, liquid soap, etc. The bathroom was spacious and pleasant, almost as nice as our custom bathrooms at home. The walls were well insulated. Elijah at the front desk tried to accommodate our last minute request to place our family’s rooms on the same floor. He was very patient with my several inquiries.

No matter what we tried on the thermostat, the two “heaters” blew frigid air into the room. The motion sensor light in the bathroom shut off while I was showering, and I was left in darkness. I am elderly, disabled, with limited energy, and I have osteoporosis, If I had tried exiting the shower/tub, I could easily have fallen and injured myself. The hotel is super modern and clean with spacious rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was outstanding with lots of unique options that were all delicious. Our room was very big with a dishwasher, full size fridge, and large shower. The pool area was very nice and large with lots of seating. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My only suggestion would be to add a hot tub by the pool area.

Had a king suite....cause cheaper than 2 queens and we had a kitchen. It ended up being perfect even though it was more than we wanted to spend. Was recommended and close to destination so we didn't search for cheaper. The breakfast was great! They kept everything stocked. Staff were great!

Price but can't complain and had a perfect weekend.

Staff is phenomenal! Breakfast and bar is great! Facilities are super clean and very welcoming.

My only complaint is the bed. Its very uncomfortable for me but I imagine its great for other people.

I love this place. It was our 2nd time staying here and it was amazing. From the staff to the room and everything in between. I didn’t have a complaints. 10/10 perfect. Will be staying there again for our next visit.

Trash can in kitchen needs to be bigger.

Great location. We did not need a kitchen but it was very nice. if you are looking for an extended stay this would be a great option.

Not sure if it was a guard or maintenance guy, but he open the pool door and left it open and the pool got very cold. And turn the temperature down off the pool and got cold too.

The staff was welcoming,nice, and check in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, the pool area was clean.

The breakfast was slow and the lady preparing food, was not friendly at all, she was slow and we had to wait for bacon for my grandson who is autistic and is very picky so he was hangry and agitated, she was just slow and not friendly at all so we left and went to get breakfast outside the hotel.

Clean, very up to date, safe, great staff and breakfast! Front desk staff, and breakfast staff beyond sweet, and accommodating. We went for a concert with friends and had multiple rooms. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved the property.

I would love it even more, if there was a hot tub 😬
