The room was very nice. Very quiet even though it was so close to the airport we never heard any planes landing or taking off. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of hot and cold choices. I was a bit disappointed in the restaurant as advertised in the hotel description and amenities made it appear to have a restaurant offering full meals. When we asked about the restaurant upon checking in to the hotel, we were told that they only have a very limited menu. Very disappointing. See

We liked the little bar with the take out menu for dinner. It was perfect for tired travelers like us with no transportation. The bed was excellent and the suite with couch was roomy. The breakfast had many choices and meet all our needs. Finally, the free shuttle to the airport was fast and left on time with a friendly driver. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient.

Can’t think of a thing except we only had one day to enjoy our stay. We would have loved to stay longer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely.

My AC was not working and the room was hot. I had to call for assistance. The assistant fixed it. The quality of food in general and the room where the food was displayed was okay. I ordered a burger off the in house menu after it was recommended. The burger was overcooked and the fries came out lukewarm.

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to help us when we had to book a room at last minute due to our flight being canceled. They even shuttled us somewhere to get dinner.

Room was not as quiet as would have liked. We could hear the person above us walking. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was great. It had a lot of selections including some healthy options. Everything was fresh. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but it was still okay for one night. The water pressure was good and everything worked fine. The location was great for our purposes (flying out from Milwaukee the next morning).

We ordered some food in the evening when we arrived and I was a little disappointed that it all came in plastic take-out boxes and came with plastic cutlery. If you have a working kitchen (and the hotel clearly has one - see breakfast) I don't know why you can't serve the food on real plates and provide real silverware. The hotel lobby and public spaces were reasonably modern, but the floors and rooms looked like they could use a renovation. As mentioned before, everything was clean and working, it was just all giving off an "old" vibe. For the amount of money we paid I expected a little more.

Location was great. I live near our Airport back home so I'm used to it. Breakfast was good just not hot enough for me.

It had no USB ports. And I think the rooms could use updating. One important thing is that the tub needs slip resistant strips or mats, and the bathroom needs extreme updating. I did slip in the shower a few times, but nothing serious.

The room was neat and clean, the staff was exceptional and breakfast was very good – tons of options.

The food ordering option at the front desk was not what I expected. I thought there would be a restaurant on site based on the online description. Yes, food is available 24/7 – from a front desk counter. If you want one of the selections from the menu – the front staff cooks it. Unique offering, perhaps they can describe this service better online to avoid guest disappointment. Too bad they don't have a restaurant, because the food was fantastic for breakfast.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to find emergency accomodations at 11:00 pm at night. The staff at the hotel were extremely accomodating and helpful to a large group of us who descended on the lobby close to midnight. I would like to thank Cortez who drove the shuttle and then quickly hopped on the desk to help check us in. Dean was also very friendly and and helpful when I asked for extra blankets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and the space as very clean and well stocked. Although we only spent 8 hours at the hotel, I would highly recommend this Hyatt Place property.

Have stayed here before and came back because we liked our stay the first time. Friendliest people ever from the shuttle pickup to the front desk people, kitchen crew (they're really fantastic), to housekeeping staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay a great stay!

Only change...pillows. Ours were very flat, which led to a stiff neck every morning. The bed was very comfortable!

Breakfast and coffee was great. Room was very clean and adequate room for all 5 of us.

Would like to have more gluten free options at breakfast, but the eggs and fruit were sufficient. My grandson was a little bummed there was no hot tub with the pool area, but the pool was still great. There was no microwave in the room.
