We liked the little bar with the take out menu for dinner. It was perfect for tired travelers like us with no transportation. The bed was excellent and the suite with couch was roomy. The breakfast had many choices and meet all our needs. Finally, the free shuttle to the airport was fast and left on time with a friendly driver. The entire staff at the hotel was friendly and efficient.

Can’t think of a thing except we only had one day to enjoy our stay. We would have loved to stay longer.

The breakfast was great. It had a lot of selections including some healthy options. Everything was fresh. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but it was still okay for one night. The water pressure was good and everything worked fine. The location was great for our purposes (flying out from Milwaukee the next morning).

We ordered some food in the evening when we arrived and I was a little disappointed that it all came in plastic take-out boxes and came with plastic cutlery. If you have a working kitchen (and the hotel clearly has one - see breakfast) I don't know why you can't serve the food on real plates and provide real silverware. The hotel lobby and public spaces were reasonably modern, but the floors and rooms looked like they could use a renovation. As mentioned before, everything was clean and working, it was just all giving off an "old" vibe. For the amount of money we paid I expected a little more.

Location was great. I live near our Airport back home so I'm used to it. Breakfast was good just not hot enough for me.

It had no USB ports. And I think the rooms could use updating. One important thing is that the tub needs slip resistant strips or mats, and the bathroom needs extreme updating. I did slip in the shower a few times, but nothing serious.

Our flight was cancelled and we had to find emergency accomodations at 11:00 pm at night. The staff at the hotel were extremely accomodating and helpful to a large group of us who descended on the lobby close to midnight. I would like to thank Cortez who drove the shuttle and then quickly hopped on the desk to help check us in. Dean was also very friendly and and helpful when I asked for extra blankets. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff was friendly and the space as very clean and well stocked. Although we only spent 8 hours at the hotel, I would highly recommend this Hyatt Place property.

The room was neat and clean, the staff was exceptional and breakfast was very good – tons of options.

The food ordering option at the front desk was not what I expected. I thought there would be a restaurant on site based on the online description. Yes, food is available 24/7 – from a front desk counter. If you want one of the selections from the menu – the front staff cooks it. Unique offering, perhaps they can describe this service better online to avoid guest disappointment. Too bad they don't have a restaurant, because the food was fantastic for breakfast.

Have stayed here before and came back because we liked our stay the first time. Friendliest people ever from the shuttle pickup to the front desk people, kitchen crew (they're really fantastic), to housekeeping staff. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay a great stay!

Only change...pillows. Ours were very flat, which led to a stiff neck every morning. The bed was very comfortable!

Great location and great breakfast.

Our room was on the 3rd floor (314)and the room above us had terribly squeaky floors, to the point it kept us up a good portion of the night. The folks above us walked all night long so that definitely didn’t make it better. Not sure how they could even repair this, but the floor joists are worn out above that room. It sounded like we were in an old apartment building and every step above made the floors squeak loudly. You could tell they were not even walking hard. Complained about it, but the lady at front desk just gave me a blank look. I actually recorded it and it was super loud. Hey I know it may sound a bit crazy, but trust me the noise from that floor above was horrible. Lucky for us those guest were only there for the 1st to nights. Our last night that room was empty.

Breakfast and coffee was great. Room was very clean and adequate room for all 5 of us.

Would like to have more gluten free options at breakfast, but the eggs and fruit were sufficient. My grandson was a little bummed there was no hot tub with the pool area, but the pool was still great. There was no microwave in the room.

door glitch, wouldn't lock properly, but they were going to have maintenance level it out. worker in kitchen was NOT very pleasant when a guest dumped her breakfast because she was trying to carry too much at one time. Your worker voiced her opinion a lil too loud and did not seem to care who was within ear range. Having trays for your guests would be VERY helpful. I too could have used one to bring food back to my mom in the room. Your attendants checking in should also bring the $25.00 charge for extra cleaning in room. I will make certain mine was, in fact, credited back to me. I have to ask in the morning when I checked out why my bill was higher.

Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was included. We were at the airport hotel because we had a flight the next day, and appreciated the shuttle service.

On the website, it said there was a restaurant on site….unfortunately it had closed. They did have a small bar, and assisted us with a DoorDash order.
