Property was clean, location was close to Mayfair mall area, staff were polite/attentive, breakfast was great, AC worked in room, room was clean, pool was clean and working properly, elevator working properly.

Nice room and accommodations. The king suite was furnished well, and the layout was perfect and cozy. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was decent. The temperature control was great, and the bathroom was clean. 😊

The air conditioner was a little loud, and so was the bathroom exhaust fan. Some parks of the hotel smelled like stale smoke. 😟 The mattress needs updating.

The pet-friendly room was near an exit door for quick exit when needed for my dog. The breakfast was good and coffee was made available early. The location was quiet over the weekend as it is in an industrial area. I saw a deer one morning!

Our car GPS had a hard time getting us to the hotel. The building isn’t easily seen from the main road since it was set within the area of the industrial park. Also I was charged a hefty pet fee.

Room was a good size and the option for ethernet connectivity was good as I am an IT professional.

No variety in breakfast and no non pork meat options like turkey sausage.

The pool was warm and clean, very nice on a cold winter day.The breakfast was delicious. It is nice to have a variety, especially the hot items. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The pool ran out of towels on Saturday night. However the front desk had some for the guests. I requested towels and bedding at 2:00 or 3:00 pm as we extended our stay. I believe housekeeping was gone for the day. I'm sure the front desk could have given me the items. I didn't push the issue. I'll take the hit on this one.

The hotel was originally listed as Hyatt but on the day we arrived, it has changed. However, the staff was very friendly and help us find our reservation, etc.

The entrance to the hotel is kind of hidden, needing to make a challenging U turns.

Staff was very friendly and prompt. Breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh with lots of options. Locations wasn't the greatest was hard to get into the hotel parking lot but it's beautiful and best of all the staff were all really great no matter what we needed they seemed happy to help. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Location was good. Inside was nice lobby area was nice. Bar was open until 11pm. The room was very nice, and bed was super comfortable. Good night stay.

When booking online there was no mention of a deposit needed. Making a deposit was not a problem, just thought it should have included that in the information provided online.

Staff was attentive and courteous

I was not informed that you have to tell the front desk if you want house keeping to clean room and get towels and dump garbage and then you have to come and get the towels and bring down your Garbage

It was quiet.

They counted the towels they gave you, then argued with you if you came back to get more for the pool.
