the staff at this location were extremely welcoming. when we arrived at the location, majority of the rooms were occupied due to the weather and the power being out, the staff helped me and my partner get a room while they had a lot of people to help and the work load they had to do. The rooms were clean and the very quiet due to the circumstances the hotel were dealing with. Would 100% book again.

ALICIA at the Front Desk was extremely helpful, fixed all, CREATED a success! She is knowledgeable, capable, and entirely in-tune with CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. A Keeper, Courtyard. Thx also to Trey for the tape!

Food was delicious. Loved the decor and it was sparkling clean. The front desk person was exceptional, genuinely friendly and helpful. Give her a raise!

The luggage carts need replacing. They just don’t work.

The breakfast was home felt. Mrs. Louisiana made it with love. We had great laughs and conversations. She talked with us and other guests. The entire staff was amazing during our stay

There's nothing bad to say because they were very accommodating

Location was perfect for us. The hot water was instant when you turned on the faucet and in the shower that was nice.

Toilet was made for short people .

The room was decent, beds were ok.

Didn't like that it said breakfast was included but actually it wasn't had to purchase breakfast and it was not worth the price and selection was not great.

Unfortunately, I misunderstood, thinking Breakfast was included. We didn't have Breakfast nor dinner. So we got delivery and a couple items from the local store to store in mini refrigerator and prepare in microwave.

I'm ♿ and the beds were too high. Felt as if I needed a step latter and toilet was too low. And fault my way to be able to stand by myself.

Went down to Bistro for dinner. The kitchen staff was eating at that time. Not enthusiastic to take our orders but they did make them. We didn’t go back again.

The breakfast menu was ok, about what you would expect from such a small kitchen. They were out of a few things, maybe because it was the weekend.

The room is very clean. Very nice design in the bed was very comfortable in bathroom very clean.

no breakfast because the holiday was Christmas.
