The room was very nice and clean. Thank you for the Dove soaps and body wash. Nice touch. Comfortable beds.

Not enough outlets in the room. And not enough strong light in the bathroom. My wife and daughter had trouble doing makeup. Had to do it by the window. Also I'm not sure why the breakfast was 16 per person. But I looked at it and it definitely isn't worth that much. I have seen breakfast like this and more as a continental, complementary breakfast at other places. I had to go get breakfast for my family and bring it back to the hotel. Other than that great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

It’s dog friendly. Being retired we like to take our fur baby with us when we travel. There is a really nice trail that follows the river that is a wonderful place to walk and relax. The indoor pool was great. Our granddaughters came over for a swim and loved playing in the water in December. The hotel is quiet, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied and quite good.. We will definitely return. It is a good value stay

The pool area was out of towels but that was easily remedied in minutes.

Offering the service of food and beverages, but not having it. The manager in charge of the partbof the hotel has to be fired or rebudget and work on the service. Lease that area to another operator since it has the greatest space, bar, and commercial kitchen but underutilized and does not have the ability to really deliver a food service.

Breakfast was included but there wasnt much option, especially for vegetarian like me. I had to be satisfied with just a piece of toast, juice and fruits. So, if you are a vegetarian, do not opt for breakfast

The STAFF were so helpful and kind! Our flights to go home were canceled so we had to pivot quickly and the staff were very accommodating. They held onto our luggage while we went into the city to explore before our flight as well. Very lovely.

Breakfast was confusing I couldn't tell if it was part of the booking or not. Eternally disappointed microwaves are no longer apart of rooms.

The hotel staff was exceptionally accommodating! We had requested an earlier check in time based on our travel plans and the staff did not hesitate to provide available options. In addition, the communication between the hotel staff being aware of our early check in time was so nice!

Great location, close to Shorewood and downtown Milwaukee. Housekeeping did a great job. Free parking. Nice view of the river, and there is a trail right behind the hotel. Helpful and conscientious reception. Lots of dog walking areas.

Price gouging for Harley 120th anniversary weekend; poor maintenance of public spaces (broken glass, piled up garbage). No place close by to get real (Italian) coffee.

The breakfast was okay. They were out of bacon and served us french fries instead of breakfast potatoes. Also, it took almost an hour to get served.

They could not turn the outside fireplace on for us to sit outside. The main elevator wasn't working. There wasn't ice available. There was a dirty towel left in our room hanging on the door.

Convenient location. Nice room. Good pillows. Comfortable patio with nice view.

Our air conditioner was leaking. But the staff moved us to a nicer room immediately upon reporting.

Bathroom walls were covered with a white film. I assume the wallpaper was wiped down and the residue was not removed. Wasn’t a dealbreaker but I would clean it up. Heard from another person that their room had the same issue.
