24 hr security and the shuttle service to Summerfest. There was always someone at the desk and didn’t have to wait to be taken care of. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable (rained like crazy Friday night and they offered towels to everyone as we got off the shuttle). Everything was very clean. Parking lot was clean and well kept.

It looked a bit sketchy. The room (313) did not have a smoke detector, just a bunch of wires coming out of the wall where it should have been.

The room was excellent, I did not expect to be so good. Very clean and big enough. The breakfast was very good too and the shuttle bus was a good surprise for me, because I did not know that the hotel had this service for free.

The people upstairs were very loud, and I could hear than in the middle of the night walking through their room. Maybe a carpet could avoid this.

The place is clean, breakfast is delicious customer service is amazing. The shuttle driver dropped us off at the rave and made sure we got back to the hotel after our concert. We were struggling finding him after the concert and he made sure to find us and get us safely back to the hotel This is the place to go when going to Milwaukee.

Everything at the hotel is wonderful. No complaints

This was a very nice, reasonably priced hotel in a location very near to the highway. I felt safe there and the people working at the desk and in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

There was a plumbing issue, I think, in the unit above me. The toilet kept turning on and off, filling the tank.

Bathroom amenities modern and clean. Room was large, fridge was large. Breakfast was fantastic. Good selection, plentiful. Actual chafing dishes with fresh made items; not just a wrapped Danish and coffee. Staff was friendly and engaging. Excellent customer service.

Would have liked a coffee maker in-room. I’ve come to expect that. They are renovating, no noise issues but a bit inconvenient moving cars and taking stairs. Linoleum floor in room.

What I didn't like: im not fan of biscuits and gravy. Two pieces of bread together seemed too much for me. I found a nice deli by city hall to buy fresh fruit just to balance my daily dietary needs.

What I did like was everyone was especially helpful

The desk staff was quite friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver even helped carry 2 boxes of books in for me. Since I had a car, I didn't use the shuttle. Breakfast was great! Staff friendly and area was clean. They really took good care of those eating. I slept like a log... comfy room and bed!!!! If I ever get back to Milwaukee, I will stay there again!!

Everything was fine. Nothing I didn't like. I think they need more spaces for parking, (although that wasn't a problem for me), but there is no space. There is on street parking close by.

Location was good. Close to the areas that we wanted to be in. Breakfast was hot and plenty of food right up until the end. Front desk staff was very nice and accomodating.

Strong smell of marijuana permeates the entire property. Air conditioning worked well, but an overall feeling of humidity in the room. Parking lot was a little tight, but we managed.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Our shuttle driver James was awesome too, super accommodating and entertaining. Checking in and out was also a breeze!

They either didn't have coffee our 1st morning or ran out before we got to breakfast. Besides that, the door to the 2nd floor kept slamming unless we took time to gently close it.

This is the economy hotel motel. It's not a five-star hotel but it did have upgrades in the bath and shower. Good value for what I needed. They offered a shuttle within 2 miles of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have security cameras.

Not a great view but I didn't need that.
