We liked everything about our stay here. We were greeted and checked in by the sweetest girl, Angel. She lived up to her name. Her friendly demeanor and helpfulness were a good first impression. Glenn was another front desk employee who was an asset to the company with his friendliness and willingness to solve a problem. The room was nice and comfortable. The food was a real surprise and treat. The breakfast was hot and plentiful with REAL scrambled eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, plus all of the other things you find at a typical complementary breakfast buffet. What we weren't expecting was their happy hour! One night it was a taco bar with all of the fixings, another night it was pulled pork sliders with Mac and cheese, coleslaw, beans and salad, and another night it was chicken Alfredo and salad. Every night offered a different soup, hotdogs, chips and queso, and baked potatoes. To accompany all that, we were treated to 3 adult beverages as well. We saved a lot of money on meals while we were there! The manager (?) was present at the check in desk when busy, and in the dining room every morning bussing and cleaning tables. He was visible, busy, helpful and friendly. We were pleased with this hotel from the time we checked in until the time we checked out.

I have no suggestions. They are doing everything right.

I am very happy we found this place! The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, they over heard my daughter wanting some yogurt and went back in the kitchen to get one for her at their "kick-back hour". I was going to buy a pop in their little shop and they opened the fountain beverage station for me so I didn't have to pay for a bottle. All around friendly and helpful. The recommended a shuttle service to the baseball game we were going to see so we didn't have to pay for parking just 10/10 staff. We stayed in a double queen room, the room itself was nothing spectacular, you typical hotel room, clean and did its job. As always it seems the pillows sucked, but I feel like the pillows at any hotel aren't great. The pool and hot tub were nice! The free breakfast buffet was so good! Food was great and lots of options! They also have the "Kitchen and Bar" in the hotel which we ordered some beers and a desert for take out up to our room. very good as well. The "Kick-Back Hour" was awesome. They offered smaller food items but you could fill up on it as a dinner (baked potatoes, hot nachos w/ cheese and all the fixings, hotdogs, a soup/chili option) and they give each adult guest 3 free drinks. We only got beers but there might have been other options. all around very happy with this place and would love to go back if we were to visit Milwaukee again.

Honestly - I don't think there was anything to complain about. The hotel was great. Its no luxury hotel so if you are looking for Spas n such this isn't the place for you, but if you are looking for reasonable accommodation its great. The parking fee is $25/night with unlimited in and out access The Pet fee is $50/night both fees are on top of whatever you book the room for (so if you book it for 500 and park there for three days it'll be 575 total)

The location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do. We parked the car and were able to walk everywhere. The room was really nice with a large modern bathroom. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the free happy hour before we went to our show. But the best part was the staff. They were all SO friendly and helpful and we really felt welcomed. We would definitely stay there again!

The view out our 9th floor windows was just another brick wall so not that exciting. I was kind of hoping for a city view from that high up - but, oh well.

Complimentary breakfast and dinner time is awesome. The hot tub and pool are spectacular as well. In general, the hotel looks attractive and modern. The room and hallways were clean. We were many stories up so there was a nice window view. I will definitely stay again if I ever visit Milwaukee again.

There truly is not much to dislike about this hotel. I found it somewhat confusing to find where the parking structure connects to the hotel. It was difficult to find my car when needed but that's my fault. At night while sleeping I heard lots and lots of emergency sirens outside. However it is to be expected from MKE.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Drury is right in the middle of downtown and it was close to Marquette, where our son goes to school.

I don't remember being told that parking would be $30/day before getting to the hotel. We did get in and out privilege, but it's a little tricky to get from the parking area to the hotel lobby. You have to take one elevator, walk down a long, unsettling hallway, then get on another elevator. It's a little wonky.

I loved the customer greetings and concerns they had. It felt welcoming!! I loved the happy journey with the buffet. I did not get a chance to try the breakfast, but I will definitely try it next time.

The only thing I didn't like, was the paying the parking on the website. It was set up to have us pay these extras amounts cause the timing didn't match the check out time. I paid for the night and only covered me till 8am. Which check out was at 11am. So I had to get up and make sure to pay extra money again so I wouldn't get a ticket. It was an inconvenience.

Staying at the Drury Plaza really enhanced our concert road trip experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a FREE 5:30 dinner with free drinks. Breakfast was so great! Hotel is super secure with many places requiring your hotel key card to access. All of the staff we encountered, and we met a lot of staff, were warm and friendly. Hotel is also in an easy walk to the lake and the concert and festival venues. Being from a small town...I was worried about walking back after the concert. The streets were full of people and I have no issues walking back! Being able to walk to the concert and back saved us so much time, money, and worry about parking. The staff also had two full containers of ice water, one lime infused, for all of us coming back from the concert.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room. I wiped down everything when I arrived, and the wipes were not even remotely dirty after wiping. The bed was very comfortable and I had a lovely view of the river. The 5:30 kickback (happy hour) was nice. Nice to have breakfast on premises and very clean.

No hand soap on arrival. Asked front desk on Friday afternoon for soap. Never had it delivered. I saw the housecleaning person Saturday afternoon and requested it then. The hotel windows should be soundproofed because there were drag races in the middle of the night on both Friday and Saturday. It woke me up on Friday. Engines revving; squealing tires...not great. Very pricey for a discounted rate. If possible, please consider low carb options for those of us who are medically required to avoid breads, potatoes and other high carb foods. Having scrambled eggs every morning is not appealing.

The location, the staff, the views from our room, instructions of how to get into parking were exceptional. The afternoon happy hour was really great our family got to spend a couple hours in there and just had such a good time enjoying ourselves with the complimentary drinks and having some food. If we hadn't been going out to dinner later, the complimentary food with happy hour would have been just right.Breakfast also was delicious.

Close location for walking to the Public Market, the Lakeshore, Public Art Museum, and Marquette University. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having breakfast and happy hour. The room was more spacious than I expected (Room on Ninth Floor facing the street).

Some typical city street noise but nothing that kept me awake at night. Our room was pretty clean but I noticed someone’s wad of hair on the window ledge behind the curtain which was gross. Also carpet looked like it could have been cleaner. Crumbs present.
