They offer a large 2 bed/2bath suite with living area (with optional rollaway) and kitchen that worked well for our group of 6. It is centrally located on riverfront near the market and a close ride to ferry/ballpark/miller. Bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. Gym was nice quality. Small convenience shop in lobby. A breakfast is included.

The lighting in the vanity area of both bathrooms was the worst I’ve ever experienced, could hardly see to get ready. Housekeeping was every other day though they would refresh towels if requested at front desk. When I asked the person checking in abt nearby restaurants she said there was nothing other than a food court or subway nearby which turned out to be entirely untrue as a quick check of Yelp revealed (ended up choosing a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant a few minutes walk). No pool at all or outdoor spaces or many amenities on site.

Came to Milwaukee to see family, and for my mother's birthday. Loved that we were near many things in the downtown area. The suite was huge! Perfect for my mom, brother, myself and our dog! Great views and comfortable beds as well! Other hotels and service industries, need to take note, at how this hotel does customer service! Fantastic! There were some hiccups during our arrival (such as a delayed check-in; our room was not ready), but Residences Inn Milwaukee problem solved all of them, and accommodated us! Thank you all so much for the parking and pet fee deductions! Also thank you for being so kind to our dog, with rubs and treats! :-) I will definitely stay here again! The service and care were impeccable! Everyone was nice and friendly!

I loved the location across from the Riverside. It was great to have a kitchen so we could eat in the room. The free breakfast was a nice bonus. Bonus points for Gerald at the front desk. He is the most patient person I've ever come across in customer service. He went above and beyond for our stay, offering one of our party a wheelchair when he saw the difficulty he was having. Also, the cleaning staff and breakfast host were very friendly and courteous.

The ONLY issue we had was that I had requested a room on the lower level near the elevator since one of our party has mobility issues, and we ended up on the 7th floor, far from the elevator.

The hotel was so beautiful. The room was spacious. I loved the little kitchenette and the full refrigerator. The breakfast was phenomenal! The front desk staff were so inviting and professional. It was nice to be home while being away from home.

I didn’t like the dark garage where we parked but as long as it was secure. I would like to see bigger signs identifying how to locate the hotel from the parking garage.

Everything! Very nostalgic being I used to shop in this hotel turned department store. The breakfast was fantastic! I wanted to stay and eat more but I had a flight to catch. The room was so nice. The kitchenette made this room a home away from home.

The parking was underground but was quite creepy at first but it was very secure and safe

Location was awesome and pricing was affordable as well as the staff being friendly and the environment being safe. The breakfast was also very nice.

The bathroom water in the sink had a sulfur smell to it that was not great but the other sinks and shower were fine.

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Parking and location are very secure. Room was very big with big windows and layout was great for hanging in the room.

The light above the mirror is not very bright and getting ready and doing make up was kind of hard

The breakfast was the best I have had except when I was in Europe! Great quiche, croissant sandwiches, and oatmeal bar

Although the oatmeal add ins were great, the oatmeal was very runny. The sausages were very overdone.

The room was really spacious with a really good kitchen area. Location was close to downtown shops and attractions.

The breakfast options were limited but still enough food to have a good, big breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The parking, while pricey, was connected to the hotel so I felt very safe leaving my car. The hotel was located right beside the river walk and was a convenient walk to the lake and Art Museum as well as local craft breweries.

So, this is a bit silly. I love that hotels have moved from small bottles to large refillable bottles in the shower providing access to shampoo, conditioner and body wash in environmentally friendly packaging. But why do product makers have to make the labels…i.e., shampoo…in small non-contrasting lettering. They seem to find big enough letters for the brand names. My 60-year-old eyes can no read the labels without reading glasses which I usually don’t wear in the shower.
