Location was great! Lots of restaurants right near the hotel. The facility was excellant! Loved the room and had a great bathroom and shower! The TV was a huge size LG! I wish I could have stayed longer! THE WHOLE FACILITY WAS SPOTLESS! Staff was very friendly! I wish I lived closer. As I would stay every once in a while to treat myself!!!!! I love it here!

Nothing. Well, the pet fee of $75 ,was a bit high as we left the room in perfect clean order. They dont charge more for kids and they could cause more damage than my small 12 pound dog! If they have to charge for s pet couldn't it be a deposit and they could check the room before the guest checks out,? I think that is a lot more fair to pet owners! You would never have known a dog wzs in our room. It is a money maker for the hotel and a bit of a rip off for the pet owner, especially in our case. My comment applies to all hotels including this one. Other than that I loved the hotel!

The place looks new, and everything was nice and clean. Great price for the room and the staff was very friendly. Overall, a great value for a hotel.

Bed was as hard as sleeping in a tent on the ground. The room was missing the main curtain for covering the window and only came with the sheer curtain. The other 2 rooms we booked had both curtains. Bathroom light is automatic and can't be shut off until the timer turns it off.

It was clean and updated. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

It’s a little pricey for being close to other hotels nearby that maybe just offer less amenities but just as clean and have breakfast. Being charged (debit holds) daily for Incidentals on top of it being pricey compared to one smaller fee once like some nearby hotels was the deciding factor for me staying somewhere else when I return for work next week (where the price is half..). Other than that, the hotel was nice. I would stay again if they adjusted their fees a bit.

The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so nice, we loved it! Dawn at the front desk was friendly and kind. We were in town for a celebration of life and she went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Great location for Milwaukee visit; minutes from Brewers, State Fair, Zoo, shopping and numerous dining options. Nice room, well equipped. We wanted 'nice', we got 'nice'.

Check in staff could be a little friendlier and the personal attitude pins/buttons seemed out of place in the work place.

breakfast is wonderful, the sevice is so great, the location is pretty good, next to brookfield mall.

if you can have more choose for dinner, that will be good.

We loved how clean the lobby, rooms, bathrooms, pool area...everything was! We loved that there was a bar there also! This is a 5 star hotel!

Clean, modern, digital key worked perfectly, large room. Walking distance to shopping.

Continental breakfast isn’t free, but would stay here again. Please put 4 towels in the room! I have this happen a lot. 4 people = 4 towels.
