Well, the property is brand new and very modern. We liked the garage and the location for our trips. Room was nice and bathroom very modern. Great rooftop Patio!!

There were technical problems and we couldnt properly check in. After an 10 hour flight plus 2 hour drive, this was a bit nerve wrecking at 11pm. But: Staff handled it well and we could at least enter the room, shower and sleep. Next morning check in was quickly done. Thank you staff, that was nicely handled! Breakfast. Heres the thing: the breakfast manager was super, super nice and welcoming. But the options are limited, and after 4 days stay we missed variety. Having that said: the quality of the choices was good, bacon and pancakes actually 10/10. :) We would stay again.

We loved the bar area, which also served food, making it convenient after a long day of driving. We also enjoyed the size of our room and the size of our bathroom. Having a walk-in shower was an amazing feature for us, as this is the type of shower we are used to. Another feature we enjoyed was how everything was nearby in case we forgot something or needed something.

The bed was a bit hard for me, and the pillows were very flat and didn't support our heads as much as we liked it to be. We also didn't receive any information on any of the hotel's amenities that were offered, nor informed of when check-out time was.

Everything was very new, modern, and clean. Check in was fast and easy. Requested an upper floor and got 2nd from top and the floor was very quiet. Slept very soundly. The City view room looked out to what I would call the “back” of the hotel looking toward the small parking area where we parked, the little dog grass area, and some brand newly built condos? Not busy or noisy at all. We were staying from out of state to attend the Brewers Cubs game. It was a quick easy 20 min drive to the stadium. We went to the bar for a custom drink after the game. Drink was nice - bar/lounge space was a chill vibe. Fireplace/tvs. Went to the pool an hour before it closed on a Monday night and had the whole pool to ourselves. Everything was clean - pool is on the basement level. The bed was just ok for comfort. Nothing extra or amazing. Room was chilly when we walked in. Perfectly cleaned. Our shower however didn’t have a body soap container. It had two conditioners and one shampoo. The tv is cool it’s on an arm that can be taken off the wall and faced toward the bed. No complimentary breakfast and had to pay for vending machine basic coffee. Kind of a bummer.

Body soap in the shower would have been appreciated. We just used shampoo lol Just remembered- our door was very hard to open, like it was sticky-new-had to give it a good nudge to push open and it closed very loudly. We almost thought our key didn’t work but just needed a good hefty push in. It’s not major and I knew when I booked that there was no free breakfast. We just ended up getting Cousin’s subs and eating them on the Atwood Beach :) can’t really say a bad thing about this place. It was busy with “businessy” type travelers while we stayed - so it was quiet and chill.

The hotel was great and looked brand new.

I had no problems with the hotel, but Booking.com screwed up my booking somehow. Neither the confirmation number nor my name was in the hotel's system. The very helpful woman at the desk was finally able to locate it with my email address entered as my first name. I stopped booking through third party sites years ago because of these problems and decided to give it another try this time. I'll go back to booking directly with the hotel in the future.

The room was too hot for us at night and we couldn’t turn the thermostat down further. Had a hard time sleeping but the beds were comfortable.

There was no ice bucket in the room, or cups for the coffee maker. When I called down to the desk, they said they had no ice buckets. When I asked how I was to carry the ice to my room, they said I could come get a bag... Our friend is also not able to take an elevator. The stairway system had unlocked doors to the outside, letting enyone into the stairwells. There was also not a straight stairwell to the 5th floor.

The staff were very kind

It was difficult to sleep with the noise if the heat and air and the lights. The flashing light on the smoke detector filled the room. The alarm clock was very bright and less than a foot from the edge of the bed glued to the table. I was not able to rest with the lights
