Comfort and cleanliness of the room. The Price was very fair. The COFFEE at breakfast was amazing!!! That should go in the description, Starbucks coffee for breakfast! The front office was always there and very helpful when we needed to get a remote (there wasn't one in the room).

The TV didn't get good reception; many channels couldn't be accessed. The Pool area says whirlpool but there isn't one. The breakfast was alright but pretty carb and gluten heavy. Even the yogurt is loaded with sugar. Some hard boiled eggs or rolled ham or turkey would have been nice. Real half and half would have complimented the coffee even better. Our room didn't have a "do not disturb" sign.

Staff was very friendly and quick with check in and check out. It was busy but they worked well to get everyone attended to and they were very pleasant. It was just us two girls and I felt very safe in the area and in the hotel, so that was important to me. Nice that there was a little balcony. It didn't feel too humid in the room.

I think the bed and bathrooms were very clean but the couch looked a little yucky and there was some stains on the curtains. The TV didn't seem to work... no channel available but maybe because we got back so late.

Pricing was the best I could find in the area online. I think this was due to heavy road construction nearby. The beds were fairly comfy, and the room was clean. My wife became ill, and we were able to do to a late checkout instead of paying another night so we could go home. The front desk attendant who helped us with that was very friendly.

We checked in late at night, and the front desk attendant wasn't that friendly. I had thought the website said continental breakfast, but it was not. The breakfast available costs as much as a restaurant.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The decor of the dining area and lobby were very nice. The room was very clean. The pool was very warm and the area was clean. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Milwaukee.

There was nothing that I did not like. When we got into our room, I felt that the register was blowing cold air. The man attending the desk offered us another room without hesitation. He was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The breakfast was very good!

We requested an early check-in (3:00 instead of 4:00) because we were traveling from out of state for a formal event and needed a place to change our clothes. We were NOT allowed to check in an hour early! Instead, my husband and I had to change our clothes in the bathrooms near the check in desk.

Hotel was clean and good facilities. There was a walkable path inside thr hotel which we liked. Free coffee and light breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Ac in our room was not working so we were upgraded to a suite.

As part of preparing rooms for the guests ac should be checked as we end up spending our first night and day in 25+ degree temperature.

We didn't have the breakfast because it was so busy when we were there, but it looked very nice. Comfortable rooms. Mini balcony was nice to stand out on but housekeeping needs to remember to clean off cigarette butts. Nice area to go for a walk in the morning.

I absolutely loved the room, we had the king suite and it was perfect for our little anniversary mini-cation. The couch was cute and cozy, maybe not the most comfortable long term, but still cozy enough. The bed was phenomenal. We had the best nights sleep here. The pool was on the smaller side, but we had it to ourselves for a few hours which was very nice.

There was no free breakfast, this little touch would have turned a great stay into a phenomenal stay. I also wish there was a jacuzzi, but they had covered it over due to pipe issues.

Breakfast options were limited, but totally acceptable at this price. The breakfast area looks relatively new. There are lots of options for food close to the hotel. It's less than 20 minutes drive from Milwaukee downtown.

Nothing to not like.

I was pleased with the value. Free breakfast had many offerings.

Our room was lovely, the shower needed some repair. It was in good working order but looked like it had been caulked by a 6 year old. Other than that, no mold or dirt.
