The Breakfast was Fantastic we really enjoyed it everything was Delicious!!! and the Location of our Room was Great Right on the First floor loved it !!!

The Only thing when I showed up to Check in they Could not find my Reservation so he called around So I showed him my Booking Confirmation with my Room ect and a Lady came out to help him and my name was put in the system wrong last name first and like my Email so that was very Stressful at first till we got it figured out Thankfully!!! Also my son said the water was chilly and lots of chlorine that made him itchy .

Hotel, room, staff and amenities were fantastic

Booking.com messed up my reservation but the front desk staff were great about figuring it out. After this trip I will book directly through the hotel and delete my booking.com app

staff was super nice, the room was clean, and the room was spacious which was really nice.

limited breakfast options during continental breakfast. could be problematic for anyone whos a picky eater.

Property said pet friendly but made no mention of a $100 cleaning fee when booking which the front desk wanted to charge for the one night we were staying. It was a surprise at check in and had I know I would have booked elsewhere.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff during setting up reservation was also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Walk in shower was very nice and appreciated.

Night staff at check-in was challenged. Understaffed, and slow.

dishes left in dishwasher. Didn't look at them to see if they were washed or not, just closed the door.

Clean facilities. Nice indoor pool and workout center. Cute fire pit outside. Plenty of clean towels provided in the room.

The room was clean and big! I like the kitchen was located in my room. I was able to cook me a quick pasta meal. This amenti help save money verses going out to eat.

It wasn’t a lot of activities near by! I guess that’s a pro and a con!!

It could have been better if you have a hairdresser mirror and safe to keep our valuables in the room.
