This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. Has everything we like...Microwave, refrigerator Glass cups for morning coffee, excellent free breakfast. Very clean. Good efficient elevators. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with great TV. Very comfortable bed. Was a steal for the price we paid for Milwaukee area.

The breakfast waa really good. And staff was amazing

You could hear a lot of noise through the wall like the suitcases rolling on the ground and it sounded like someone was nailing things up. Plus we wished the pool was open until midnight. Didn't get a chance to relax by it.

I had to use the house phone in the hallway because my room phone cord was missing and staff said maintenance was not available till the next day. My microwave and stove had visible crumbs from the previous persons stay. I have HIGH expectations for Hilton. I expect nothing but the BEST!

I liked the front desk girl who checked me in, She was very polite and personable and you could tell she was swamped but she stayed profesional.

the microwave was not cleaned out good. there was some stuff on the dorors and walls that could have been clean better. but overall it was great to stay there

We didn’t eat breakfast. Location is good and convenient. The suite was roomy and felt like home. Nice and quiet.

The furniture in the common area was stained. The ceiling fans were nosy and annoying but the simple solution was to turn them off.

Breakfast was really good. Staff was wonderful, aside from the overnight guy on Friday, Sept 16th. The ladies at the desk were very helpful, especially the one responsible for the great shower head! The young lady working the breakfast did great, she had a tough crowd on Sunday morning as the hotel was full.

There was a strange smell in the room. There wasn't enough pillows and even when we asked for extra ones, they were not delivered. When we went back down to the desk to get additional pillows, the guy behind the desk was asleep.

Specious room layout, pillow choice

Location James into a poorly laid out commercial development. Parking horrific small spots. Terrible bath room lighting the worst

Appeared to be clean with the necessary items for a one night stay. I liked the large size of the space. It has a separate living and kitchenette area. If I were staying longer it would have been perfect in terms of that. As it was I only stayed the night, no socializing in room.

The bedding could be nicer / more comfortable. The pillows are mediocre as well as the blankets and mattress.

The layout of the room, especially the kitchenette was great for our family of 4. It was a short 10 minute drive to American Family Field (Miller Park) for a Brewer game!

The breakfast didn't have as many options as I would have liked and the pool was a bit small.

I enjoyed every experience I had during my stay. The staff was great! The facility was located centrally and conveniently. My room was very nice.

I was disappointed in my wait time for fresh towels. I eventually had to go down stairs to get them. I think the front desk staff at that time could have responded to me more politely. Prior to this incident, he was very helpful and courteous. However, he made me feel bad that I even asked about the towels more than once. It took about an hour before I went down and got them.
