Overall, the breakfast had a good selection but the waffle irons were not working. A staff tried to fix them after a few guests, including myself ended up with unfinished waffles. The dining area was comfortable and very accommodating. I would have liked a juice machine instead of the infused water machine. I like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I liked the sliding door on the bathroom and the creativity with creating a closet on the wall. I loved the pool and whirlpool! I appreciated the renovations that were taking place and the posted notices about the activity.

I know it is hard to control flies and nets in an open breakfast space but I would like to see more of an effort in this area. There were not enough towels in the bathroom for two people.

Loved the desk staff. She was discreet and professional. The room was clean. I could smell a little bleach in the bathroom. The heater worked well and there was enough blankets and towels.

Eggs kept running out at breakfast. That's it. The rest of the breakfast was solid.

Breakfast was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Teenagers were out in the hall and outside blasting music all night.

I didn't like the fact that I was overlooked at check-in by two receptionists and not only was I overlooked and had three or four people pulled in front of me there are also no wash towels in the restrooms no bar soap just a shower gel and I found that really unacceptable but I didn't complain I just let them know that at the desk upon check out after not being able to reach them by phone from the room

I loved how it was very comfortable, and quiet, and that they provided breakfast

I didn't like that I had to ask for more clean towels, trash bags, and no one even offered to change my sheets on the bed, I didn't like how I was charged on my card three times once for $108, second $83, third $25 after I had already paid through a third party but they say they refunded my money so I'm still waiting on that.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Breakfast wad also amazing and I love how it went til 10am most of the time only goes til 9am

The space, the staff were so sweet and nice, also very helpful, there were no complaints. everything Just was perfect and I would recommend this for my family and friends.
