The young lady the desk had a terrible attitude. Every time we stay, she has a really shifty att5. She's rude and inconsiderate. For example, the toilet wold not flush. I called the front desk and reported. It was later in the evening, about 10pm. She ordered me to pack all my belongings, and meet her downstairs, and she would give me a different room. I informed her that I would come down and get the key and then pack my stuff, and move. We moved from room 520 to room 522. By the way, when I came down, she acted as if she didn't know what I wanted.

Karen was absolutely a delight. She exhibited professionalism, courtesy and kindness throughout our stay.

The housekeeper was rude and curt. She advised daily she was leaving early. I paid for 7 nights and expected services daily. She did not clean our room 2 days. No discount. No information about limited services during our stay.

The room was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the temperature control worked very well, and was quiet.

The bathtub/shower should have grab bars for your older guests, especially since the step over the tub is high. You could also hear other rooms using their bathrooms, and we could hear people in the parking lot talking, even though we were on the 3rd floor.

The amenities, the buffet and the service. However, there was the young lady at the desk when we arrives; she always has a nonchalant, snotty disposition.

Breakfast was decent. Location was excellent. Property was modern and clean.

One elevator was not operational the whole time we were there. Neither was the pool.

Location was great. Free parking. The whole hotel is undergoing total renovation. The front desk staff was great. Check-in was easy. They had four luggage carts waiting to be used. We had a king suite with a comfortable bed and pillows.

The lighting in the entire space was dim, especially in the sink/bathroom area. My wife was unable to apply her makeup it was so dark. Even in the main living area, there were only two table lamps. The whole room needs more light.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu and the pleasant surroundings.

The bed was clean and comfortable.. only personal preference would be a firmer pillow. Loved the large shower.

The bed was absolutely the best bed at a hotel I’ve ever slept in!! The small gym was really nice too!

The hot tub setting wasn’t good, just a low ripple and the sauna didn’t work.

Staff was great

Remote did not work. New batteries and another remote from front desk also did not work, so no tv for my stay of 2 nights.

We had a nice stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was too soft, would have liked it firmer.
