The staff were amazingly helpful! The nighttime manager, Tiffany(?) and daytime manager, Merce, were both professional, courteous, kind, and very helpful to an amazing degree. Tiffany bent over backwards to ensure that my medical syringes were safely refrigerated and my gel packs (to keep my syringes chilled during traveling) were frozen. Tiffany was effusively welcoming. When I inquired about the coffee near the reception running out, Merce personally checked on it, and carried the freshly made coffee over himself from the kitchen. Merce made me feel very well cared for, and he was particularly professional and punctiliously smart, much like the excellent reception I receive when I stay at a posh hotel like the Ritz Carleton or Waldorf Astoria. The breakfast was very good, with fresh, thankfully not overcooked eggs served daily. The dark roast coffee was very good. The beds were very comfortable (and I have a bad back). The rooms were very quiet. My hotel room was sparkling clean. This was one of the best Hampton Inns that I have lodged at in several important ways.

At a window area in the breakfast room, guests had spilled food and a trail of ants were in evidence.

During our stay, my family especially liked the breakfast. My son got up before 6am because he was excited to go down and eat. The variety of foods were appreciated. We also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility.

During our stay there was nothing unpleasant that took place. Between the clean room and food our family's needs were all met.

We stayed in room 131 and it had a very musty almost moldy smell to it. We did not run the air or heat because we didn’t need it but the smell was quite unpleasant.

The breakfast in the lobby was awesome and the lobby in general was always filled with groups of people that were enjoying each other's company and having a good time.

Maintenance of the heating system is a serious problem. The amount of dust on the filter is enough to trigger persons with respiratory problems. That needs to be addressed immediately. Your staff was good enough to help me.

Front desk person was very nice even though Booking had a problem with our reservation

A few hairs in our bed when we pulled the comforter back so that makes you question whether sheets were even changed🤢

The breakfast was very good with a variety each morning. The pool is a good size with towels provided. Our room was great.

The room would get slightly stuffy when the air conditioner was not running. We couldn't get just the fan to blow.

Breakfast area was clean and quite spacious. Food choices were fine and I especially liked the cheesy omelet.

I really don't have anything to complain about. The front desk staff were very nice and the parking availability was perfect.

I liked the temperature control alot i personally like warmer rooms and i was able to do that for myself without having to make random calls to anyone

Distance from everything also mini fridge was broken/ it was also a little dirty

The breakfast was nice. The location was convenient to the East Side plus north suburbs. The afternoon young woman at the front desk was very helpful.

The tablets and printer were not working so we could not print boardings passes for our flight home. Rather inconvenient.
