Breakfast wasn't provided. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, though.

The refrigerator in our room should be larger. We struggled to fit two carry-out containers in it, which was frustrating. The room could hold as many as 4 people (two double beds), but only had room for drinks in the door and one plate-size container? This was the only thing that was negative during our stay.

The staff was great, very informative and kind. Bed was comfortable and the pool was perfect for my young children. Large TV and clean bathroom.

The room was very dated with wall paper and we had a small patio table as the coffee table.

I liked the location and overall cleanliness. The staff was kind for the brief exchange.

Pool hours felt short but that’s consistent for most hotels. The fridge made a constant loud noise throughout the night which made it a little difficult to sleep.

The fact that I was believing that they had a Hot Tub and found out that it was taken out. Nothing in advertising or description says that they didn’t have a Hot Tub. So the pool is nice but wanted to soap. Grrrr

Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and our stay was mostly comfortable.

There is a supposed quiet time, beginning at 10 pm but this was not enforced. There was a party going on our floor well into 3 am. This was not the hotel’s fault but if a policy is in place , then it is the hotel staff responsibility to make sure it is being followed. I would stay here again regardless of the noise issue.

The price was decent amount and I like the location and the staff was friendly

The pool was down that was the main reason I pick the room to stay there and I also didn't like the bathroom need update the shower and bath and look old

Wish there was choice where to go for breakfast. Maybe a set a breakfast buffet in the lobby. Elderly have a hard time walking to the Bristol.

Location was good for us. Room comfortable.

Bathroom seemed dated. Sink too high and set back too far. Toilets are vary low for seniors.

The facility was much better than other places we have stayed at, and it was a better price.

It could use more USB ports.

Was nice and clean staff was very Friendly and helpful helped family and I decide on where to have dinner and fun for the family!
