Beautiful and well-maintained property. Staff was top-notch. Walking distance to Summerfest, which is why we chose this location.

We didn't spend much time there, but my only complaints were not having the option to self-park and had to pay over $50 for parking. Additionally, as a Bonvoy member, requested early check in and checked in early to ensure the room was ready for our arrival. They had no record of this and then 'upgraded' us to a higher floor with a bed choice we didn't want...ended up being next to the elevator. Paying close to $500 per night, was disappointing.

Excellent location - near the Historic 3rd Ward and right next to the HOP tram stop. Great and helpful staff - valet parking and front desk. Room was comfortable - bottles of water provided. We opted for no housekeeping and received additional points. Elevator secured by the room key.

On the first night the heating made a lot of clanging sounds. Didn't happen other nights so might have been a combination of wind and (low) temperature. The carpet in the room didn't look (or feel) very clean, with several large stains. One of the beds featured noticeable 'buttons' in the mattress.

The room is nice and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is short walking distance to the third ward public market and the river walk. Having a lounge at the concierge level is a nice perk.

The room was at the end of the corridor and my view was limited by a wall right next to the room. The concierge lounge was not stocked often enough for the number of guests. The hotel does not have a concierge, and the front desk personnel had limited knowledge about the city. Cost of room and valet parking is too high. Breakfast not included unless you are an upgraded member.

Everything was great. Downstairs at breakfast when I asked for a lot of lemons for lemon water, the waitress gave me a whole plate of lemons. That earned a lot of points with me and she got a great tip. Please keep doing that.

Checking in. The staff didn’t know how to do it, did it wrong, and then tried to tell me I didn’t have a reservation, but then another staff member came over and said that she was doing it wrong. Slightly frustrating.

Second visit in the space of a few days. Again the staff were excellent - for example made a minor error during check-in (not a problem) but provided a $10 food/beverage voucher. Always greeted when we returned to the hotel. The room was better than for the previous visit. More up-to-date, heating quieter and carpet cleaner.

The outside windows were filthy. Granted the view was only a parking garage from the window, but could barely see that due to the outside of the windows being very dirty.

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for my needs.

overnight parking was $44 - very expensive. Opted for a local parking structure across the street.

The staff was beyond excellent!! They were so genuinely nice and went above and beyond with their service.

Rooms could stand to be updated, while extremely clean, they are becoming a bit dated. That would be my only complaint, and it is a VERY minor one. This place is fantastic!!

The rooms are big and comfortable, the location is great for a quick walk to markets, restaurants and the Baird Center. Staff were super friendly and we had access to the executive lounge which was nice!

Parking-we wound up booking a spot in an open lot a block away. It worked out fine, but definitely did not feel very secure.

Easy to get to. Very welcoming & grand. Room smelled clean, was clean & spacious. Shower was great. Bed very comfy. Walking distance to every place we were going. Nice bar/restaurant.

More expensive than most, as well as the price to park being higher too. Was the HD Homecoming so had little choice but to pay it. Wish the bar stayed open past midnight on a Saturday night. That being said, we weren't disappointed. Very nice stay.
