Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was very good, within walking distance of many good places to eat and go out. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the free water bottles on arrival were appreciated.

The included breakfast was good, although more limited than others I have seen. Some of the bathroom features were outdated and a little slower functioning (ex the shower head). It felt a little pricey for what was offered.

The downtown location was perfect for us, walking distance to the river, the train and restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and bed comfortable and room clean.

The room was so cold when we arrived with a loud fan in the ceiling. Eventually warmed it slightly but too difficult to change, had to ask someone to help. Half an hour before breakfast finished there was little food left in the breakfast room. Many people turning up and unable to eat. Make your own waffle took too long to wait for. No hot water for tea available as the machine was broken and no alternative offered.

We really liked our stay there. The location was good for us to walk to Summerfest. We really like the large rooms and the beds were very comfortable. The only complaint was there were stains on the carpet in the hallway and a few in our room. We also enjoyed the free breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Love how they provide breakfast. Also, the swimming pool and hot tub was a plus. The suite room was more then expected. Things around the hotel was accessible and all walking distance knowing that its close to downtown. Totally recommended to people who is there for a graduation ceremony stay or just wanting to explore the city.

Location was fantastic. We walked to most attractions we wanted to see. Breakfast buffet was a bonus, although more fruit would have been nice Comfortable beds.

I was overcharged. Reservation says $211.20 plus $31.89 tax = $243.09. My credit card was charged $264.00. I have requested a refund of $20.91.

Great location. The breakfast was large. Sausage was ok, eggs ok, the potatoes were not cooked all the way through, and none of it was hot. I would probably stick with cold items next time. Coffee good. Juice good.

Breakfast was not very good as most of the omelets served were cold. There was an issue with hot water in the room.

Perfect Location in Downtown Milwaukee. To the Wisconsin Center it's just a five minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants near the hotel, also a Walgreens store, the Public Museum and the really nice River Walk. The breakfast offers hot meals (eggs, bacon) and bagels, toast and delicious waffles. The room was large, clean and well equipped.

The safe didn't work (but I did not need it). The front desk staff promised to fix it for the next customer.

Michael the hotel manager was very kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great hotel with a great staff. 5 out of 5 would definitely recommend

Just being picky… small elevators and only one working, new owner does not validate with connecting parking garage.
