The staff is very cheerful and helpful. When we couldn't get onto WiFi, she helped us and to get streaming, but the hotel had no connecting wire. The breakfast was good. You could have coffee whenever you wanted and sit at the tables with your takeout. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Even the Chaise Longe in our room was very comfortable.

The bathroom had a weird smell. One light bulb is missing. Coffee Maker did not work.... We told the housekeeper, when we were leaving, and she apologized. She also thanked us and said she would check and take care of it.

Rebecca at the front desk was amazing both Thursday and Friday.. She made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to be sure I got a little something for breakfast! Never met her before, but feel like I made a new friend! Please appreciate her as an employee! I have traveled all over U.S. She was the best!

Nice, unpretentious lodgings. Comfortable, clean, ample room; comfortable bed; good breakfast; pleasant staff. Convenient location relative to other hotels in the area (was attending a wedding, with relatives spread out hither & thither); very convenient also to Greenline dedicated bus to & from airport.

No complaints, other than that I thought it was a tad expensive.

Great location. Close to downtown attractions (public market, art gallery, riverfront, lakefront). Walk to Summerfest. Delicious hot breakfast. Friendly, caring, staff.

Rooms were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast offered nice choices.

The parking situation is pricey and inconvenient. My sister opted for the valet service, but the app was glitchy.

Quiet area only a few blocks from the river. Got livelier as you approach downtown. An easy and safe walk to the Baird Center. Room was clean and just perfect for what we needed. Clean. Well thought out areas.

The breakfast refresh is poor. Not done fast enough or at all. Never see a staff member to ask for addition services.

The greetings when arriving and leaving the property, breakfast on point( not the average continental most have), great location.

Parking- I parked in the lot the first night and was charged $35. Other properties i have visited charge $10 a day or flat rate for your entire stay due to you staying at the hotel. I parked on the street the next 3 nights and my $20 parking ticket was cheaper then the first night in the garage (got figure).
