Centrally located. Even before I made a reservation, the staff were very pleasant and helpful when I called to find out more about their parking policies. Staff also pleasant at arrival and at the restaurant. Good deal with breakfast voucher. Able to choose a choice of 1 hot breakfast food + 1 beverage (which includes a selection of tall Starbucks drinks) or a cold food+ grain + beverage (e.g., yogurt parfait + oatmeal + tall macchiato, which is what my son ordered). Parking was $22 with in/out privileges (using a QR code they text you at check in) until 11pm the next day, even after check out. Parking garage was attached to the building, which was also connected to the Third Street Market Hall, a nice arcade/food court.

Room could've been cleaner, esp the bathroom sink faucet area. They could also leave extra supplies (e.g., box of tissues and toilet paper) to eliminate need to ask for more at front desk.

We really enjoyed the size and we like to get the corner king room, because it is a room that we have had before and we have stayed there before for celebrations. It's almost a tradition.

I work in cleaning, and I have worked in housekeeping, I believe more thorle, wipe downs could have been done. The ceiling lights over the wet bar stopped working the first night. Pull out. Beds need to be updated very painful and uncomfortable for older people to sleep on.

The location to American Family field. Very easy drive to the field. All of the things to do without leaving the hotel. Was clean. Staff was great. Area was safe.

Felt it was alittle overpriced and not getting a complimentary breakfast and having to pay for parking. If I’m being charged that much for one night I would think breakfast and parking should be included. Sofa bed was kind of a joke. Mattress was paper thin. Ended up just sleeping on it as a regular sofa.

My kids enjoyed the pool and the spacious room. I enjoyed being able to walk to all of the destinations we had in mind for our overnight stay. I felt safe and the staff were all very friendly.

I wish there were a free continental breakfast, but I knew that when booking the room. It's just nice when traveling with families to have one meal taken care of!

Breakfast was good, not use to ordering for breakfast at a hotel, only buffets. Facilities were great. Loved the attached parking structure and private elevator. But for a mobility-impaired person, it is a long walk from garage to service desk. We liked the closeness of the 3rd Street Market.

Bed was a bit saggy and thin.

The staff was exceptional, attentive and professional every time they were needed. Facilities were clean and organized. With the added bonus of being inside the same building as so many other amenities.

Our ONLY complaint was the beds were rocks but that's a mater of preference.

Breakfast was great, and customer service is excellent. Hotel staff made accommodations according to our needs. Manager welcomed us and stayed in contact with me during our stay. We are very satisfied with their service. Will book again if visiting Milwaukee!

Housekeeping needs improvement

Hotel was Excellent.

The Parking was good, But getting to your hotel was very long walk, and was not explained correctly by staff at front desk.Also the staff was not good at giving direction how to get back to my car ..We got lost finding my car, there was no help offered.

This hotel is 1350 feet from the Downtown Milwaukee Amtrak Station. I walked to the station in the morning and took a train to Chicago. I took a train back to Milwaukee and walked back to my hotel room. I also walked about one mile to Lake Michigan from this hotel. A beautiful walk while taking in historic architecture, The Milwaukee River, and a wonderful lakeshore park.

Currently the bar at this hotel is not open.

We traveled down for my son's surgery next morning. The staff was amaxing. It was quiet and peaceful. Absolutly will be staying there again.

Not a huge issue but the pool tiles were a little dirty. Besides that..amazing.
