Our room was very clean, and very spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, with good lighting, all the towels well-organized, a big mirror, and lots of room. The shower worked just fine, and had hand-pump shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Checking in and out was very quick and easy. The breakfast was pretty simple, but the eggs and bacon were good, as was the fruit. The coffee was good, and available day and night. For those that don't mind a 10-15 minute walk, it was pretty close to the most important places downtown. It was about 20 minutes to the Summerfest entrance, which was just enough to get a feel for downtown, and maybe pass by the museum or the river. It's a little far if Summerfest rejects your backpack and you have to go back to leave it in your room - check Summerfest rules before going!

The 7-9 am breakfast was pretty tight in terms of people that like to sleep in or get up early, and the employees can be rigid. A friend was chastised for grabbing some fruit when it was already out, but it wasn't quite 7am. At 9am on the dot, the food is taken away. I was in the middle of making a plate, and stuff disappeared. On the other hand, the staff member saw this, and was happy to help me with whatever was still available.

The staff, from the front desk to the valet, were wonderful! The hotel was less than a mile from every kind of entertainment you could ask for. Also, while the price may sting at first, USE THE VALET SERVICE! There was a basketball game, hockey game AND multiple theater shows the night we arrived so traffic/parking was a beast; the valet service was so quick and convenient, it more than makes up for the price!

The ONLY issue we had, and a minor one at that, was the AC in our room was very loud. Luckily my wife and I sleep like rocks.

Very noisy by our room I think because housekeeping had an entrance right by our room. Also loud booms like a bowling ball being dropped happened every morning . Heard different front desk people tell different explanations of the parking situation. I understand they want you to use the valet, but to give different prices of the garage, which is so convenient to use, and then hearing one time you need to get ticket validated, which isn’t true, scares people off from using garage . It’s all indoors walking from your room to the garage. It was great! Went for Summerfest, however no one knew how to get there , had to figure that out on our own. It was if no one ever heard of it.

Location was close to many downtown attractions. The front desk staff were great! Breakfast was ok and the lady who made sure there was food and kept the dining area clean was also great! For our purposes the valet parking was good for us as we were in and out a number of times each day. The valet attendants very nice and helpful.

We were there for a 2 night stay and housekeeping never visited our room. We didn’t necessarily need our bed mad but clean towels would have been nice! A more comfortable chair in the room would have been nice also!

We are very impressed with how SpringHill is connected indoors with other parts of the neighborhood. The breakfast was much better than we expected with the serving staff being absolutely sweet! This makes SpringHill a place we will definitely return to for the next concert we come to Milwaukee for!

We would"ve liked to have access to good drinking water to fill our canteens, perhaps by the ice maker, other than in plastic bottles. We did fill up from the Juice machine during breakfast hours, but it wasn't accessible after 9 am.

The location is great! Breakfast was good, with lots of options. Great room design with the kinda divide between seating and beds. Definitely felt safe and secure. Overall, our family loved Springhill suites.

Our particular room was second floor right by that tunnel, and cars, especially on the night of our stay, like to be extra loud, not sure if it was racing or just people trying to be cool, but with 3 kids, all 6 and younger it made for a less than sound sleep, even with the sound machine we used. Parking sucks, not sure much can be done about that.

The breakfast was delicious, with fresh strawberries, cantaloupe, scrambled eggs, bacon, a choice of 3 different styles of yogurt, many tasty packaged baked goods, oatmeal, cereal and more. If you have kids check out Discovery World, it is a fabulous science museum with a small aquarium included. If you like beer, check out the Lakefront Brewery tour, loads of fun and a great deal, also the Lutz Bloody Mary;s are spectacular.

The fitness room's TV worked but the color was bad. I went around 7:30 am and they were out of towels.

The comfortable bed was set in a large spacious room. The check in reception person gave us a room away from lobbies and elevators which made for a quiet and peaceful night. The hotel is very central to everything in downtown Milwaukee. We walked to a pub and crossed the Milwaukee river, it was quite beautiful at night. The breakfast was the usual cereal, scrambled egg, pancakes, coffee and tea.

The valet fee is quite steep, especially if you would want to stay for more than one night.

Excellent location only about 10 minutes away on foot from the train station, right across the street from Baird Center, steps away from 3rd Street Market and every possible type of convenience stores, fast food, restaurants, etc. Riverwalk about 3 blocks away and easily walkable. Wonderful and kind staff - all the ladies I met at the front desk were so very nice, cheerful, engaging, and helpful. Fantastic customer service. Accommodated my very early check-in request and arranged for wake-up calls. Breakfast included in the price had a very decent selection - one dish in particular, the turkey bacon, was scrumptious. My room was huge, super comfortable large bed, fabulous bathroom, flat-screen TV, WiFi working very well. Thank you so much for your service, I can't wait to be back some day soon. Don't look any further and stay at this fantastic place yourselves!
