The staff warmly welcomed me on the freezing Friday evening and also helped me with some quarters for the laundry machine. The location of the hotel is central in the downtown, and the breakfast was nice.

Very centrally located with easy parking. I saw a lot of people complaining about the $40 valet parking in reviews… there is free street parking right outside! All you have to do is register for overnight parking with the City of Milwaukee online. The hotel was VERY clean and the rooms were super comfortable. The breakfast was definitely above average and staff were great overall. I also really appreciated the blinds in the room which did an above average job of blocking out light.

Another note on parking: I parked three nights on the street for free. On the fourth, someone did try to steal my rental car 😬 this is obviously not the hotel’s fault but a Milwaukee issue in general. The cops said this happens a fair amount when schools go on break (this was Good Friday). Luckily for me it was a rental from work but the only reason to pay that $40 valet parking fee would be to eliminate your risk of this happening. My only other downside was that the side of the hotel facing Winnebago Street can be a little noisy with traffic. It wasn’t terrible but I am sensitive so next time I will ask for a room on the other side.

Our room was spacious, and despite being close to the highway was very quiet. The hotel front desk was kind and accommodating, and the service was excellent. The location was fairly central, and because was not directly downtown, felt easier to navigate. Close to airport, about 20 minute drive, and only a few minutes to downtown or other major areas of Milwaukee. Bed was overall comfortable.

As others have mentioned, the overnight parking was $42, however we opted to park on the street for free (you can call a number to have your car put on the "do not ticket overnight" list, which usually covers up to 3 nights!) The room was not "cleaned" appropriately during the day; our bathroom was not vacuumed, and the bed was not particularly made up other than pulling the sheets up.

The woman at the front desk at checking in changed my room so I could be closer to my daughters room. I was very appreciative!!! All of the staff was very friendly and greeted us with a warm hello and a smile every time we came back to the hotel. Breakfast was nice. It was the first time I ever used a hotel’s Fitness Center and was very glad it was there so I could get some exercise!

I think the toilet seat lid in my bathroom was not attached or possibly broken and I saw a buildup of some nasty looking residue on the porcelain around the place where the seat should be attached, but I did my best to wipe it up. Ewww. But hey, stuff happens, right?

Nice location especially if interested to watch a Bucks game. It is 5-10 mins walking distance to FiServ Stadium. Spacious room, we got the room with the king bed.

The breakfast time is from 7-9 am. At 9 am there seemed to be great interest to stop everything and announce the end of the breakfast period. I interfered and asked to wait because I arrived a few minutes before 9. They accepted. Not very wide breakfast options. Breakfast is served in paper plates at a not so nice area in comparison to the rest of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Great location for walking to the Miller High Life Theater for our concert. Room was comfortable and clean. Great shower and mattress. Nice fitness room. Nice breakfast with many options. Friendly staff.

I don’t love having to do valet parking but that’s just what you have to do in bigger cities. Staff was nice and process was easy. Conditioner in shower was empty which is a major frustration for me because I don’t understand why cleaning staff do not check and refill these, but it happens all of the time with all of the hotel chains it seems. Otherwise, no complaints.

Hotel was incredible as was the staff. Thank you to the entire staff for being friendly and knowledgeable. And to the valet Treal you were always ready to help with a friendly smile whatever time of day or night it was. Location was great as was breakfast. Lovely city! We have already told friends and family what a great city Milwaukee is.

A little less cold 😉….just kidding coming from San Diego the temperature was 77 so you can imagine how cold it was when we came here and the temperature was 39. 🥶 Everything was wonderful THANK YOU

Liked the location, close to downtown and Fiserv Forumn. The hotel was clean and new. The valet service (that I believe is contracted to another company) really hustles to get your car for you.

Absolutely hate the bathroom doors. Don't like the sliding doors that don't lock properly and the glass that lets light through to the rest of the room. The hotel was very noisy after midnight with people who came in from the bars. Must not be any viable security to check on that. All of the front desk staff were not very friendly.

The staff was super friendly and overall helpful with any questions that we had. They always spoke when returning or leaving making us feel welcome. You are able to park on the street if you register your vehicle online with the city of milwaukee. Weekends it’s free so if you’re parking throughout the week make sure you register. Staff informed me of this information which was super helpful and save me money! The location was perfect if you’re in town for any games, concerts ect walking distance.

The rooms could have been cleaner, a lot of dust and surface level cleaning needs a deep cleaning. That was my only issue with my stay.

The room is so spacious and great for traveling in a larger group setting. The sofa in the room was a nice touch, just by being able to comfortably leave things without getting in the way of other people. Great shower pressure in the bathroom. Considering the average hotel breakfast, this one is way above that. It had lots of options and food wasn’t bland. The location is great, especially if you’re watching a show nearby.
