The size of the room/suite was VERY comfortable, the 2 Queen beds were very comfortable and we loved having the sitting area for additional space to spread out. The included breakfast was FANTASTIC, much heartier than I had expected!

We had made the reservation for our family of 4 and there were only 2 sets of towels in our room. The staff was very helpful when we requested 2 additional sets of towels.

Loved the free breakfast. Staff lady was great and very nice speaking to us in our language which made us feel comfortable. Nice staff overall. Big room and the black out curtains were great.

Only negative thing is that no hair dryer was available

Key card issues , night staff shirt tempered and we felt he was picking on us having him talk to us about several “ things he found issues with “. Our kids weren’t loud or disrespectful. We had family staying so we all were back and forth from the rooms. Key card often stopped working and it almost seemed as if they were disabled on purpose

Convenient location for us and it was clean. Except for the pool could use some cleaning up. There is a lot of scum on the depth markers..

There is no hairdryer in the room. The craftsmanship was a little subpar.

Very friendly staff, great customer service! Leo, I believe was the manager for the kitchen - He was very social with our family, super kind. He even wrapped up a big cinnamon roll for our youngest son to snack on later because he was already full from the breakfast.

Need to replace shampoo and conditioner bottles they were pretty much empty.

The claim room the claim hallway the hot shower and a comfortable bed.

I was only there for a few hours, but the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and the shower was hot.

The hotel was ok, we needed somewhere to stay because our house was flooded, the breakfast was wonderful

Clean property, super comfy bed! About 20 minutes away from fairgrounds and baseball stadium. Easy to get to. Friendly staff.
