The location is amazing, the property is awesome and love the leisure areas, very relaxing and yet plenty of fun. Love the rooftop and seeing the morning sunrise af the city and the nighttime for the beautiful sky and city lights 😊 The apartment is so adorable and perfect for feeling right at home. Has everything we needed for cooking, laundry and saving us time on finding places to do daily tasks. The bed was so comfy, probably the best sleep I've had in years, actually looking into the same kinda mattress for home now 😁 Having the private parking was very helpful as well. Definitely gonna stay again, definitely not missing hotels when have a place like this to stay ♥️

It was perfect, only thing I'd say that could be better is maybe have it deep cleaned a bit more..

The location was excellent and close to a variety of food and dining options. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. There were extra sheets for the beds which was a plus (an extra blanket or two would have been appreciate but we had brought an extra with us). Price was very reasonable given the superb location to the downtown area.

The parking directions were a little unclear but acceptable. It wasn't clear at first that the reserved parking was located in the underground garage and we almost parked in the parking lot. In addition, the reserved spaces were tight for larger vehicles like our Tahoe. It was also a little unclear exactly what the fobs/keys were meant to be used for. One I know was access the building but I never did figure out what the other fob key was for. The blinds in the living room also malfunctioned and we were unable to close them. This was a minor concern and we hung an extra bed sheet to cover the window at night and provide privacy for our guest staying on the pullout couch.

The apt was clean and well-stocked, great location in the brewery district, very walkable area.

The building smelled funky like a dorm, but the apt itself was normal. Minor but odd- the headboard was broken. It would have been nice to have an overview of the check in process vs following step by step when we arrived. Would have been less stressful figuring out where to park and what to do when we first arrived.

The apartment was roomy and had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, pots/pans. There were extra linens, pillows and blankets. There was plenty of seating and the games room was a nice addition. The coffee maker in the community room makes excellent coffee, lattes, espresso, etc.

Everything was great, but if I had to pick out something....the frying pan handle is loose and they only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper. Otherwise, I can't complain about anything really. It was not clear how to use the recycling, but maybe that's just because we're not used to apartment living.

The loft contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Initially it was missing hangers but a quick text to the Virtual Front Desk brought hangers within an hour. The location is perfect for walking to many downtown restaurants, activities and tours. And the neighborhood is charming and safe.

The stay was very good, the photos really show what the apartment is like. It is very clean and the space is fine. We really appreciate that the parking is inside the building but be careful because they are very tight. In the common area where there is a pool table and other amenities you also have a coffee machine and a large number of televisions, it feels very nice

It is very uncomfortable that they charge you for deposit. This was clearly stipulated in the rental conditions but 14 days have passed since we vacated the apartment and we still haven't received our money. I have been a user of this accommodation service for years and the truth is that I prefer a rental without deposits to avoid this type of inconvenience.

Sofa bed springs seemed to be broken down. Also, there wasn't a blanket available for the person who slept on the sofa bed. Only sheets were available. Also, not enough toilet paper was available for our four day stay.

Comfortable, located near Baird convention center and sports arenas. Located across the street from Pabst mansion and walking distance to many breweries.

The place was clean and location was perfect for our concert trip! Instructions were well laid out and they immediately responded when I had any questions. We had a great stay; would highly recommend and would definitely stay again should we be in the area.

The location, on-site underground parking, and quality of the room was great.

The room was close to the rec room, which was very loud until 11:45pm, which was weird on a Monday night. Luckily, I didn’t need to get up early the next morning and am a night owl, so it wasn’t a big deal for me. However, it would’ve been difficult to sleep for someone who wants to go to bed before midnight.
