Location, staff, and amenities were all awesome. We were greeted with waters for us, treats, and bag of treats and new toy for our puppy. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the free snacks (we were out all day till late), but they smelled amazing. Doggy relief area was clean and accessible. 2 bedroom suite was a great size.

I would've given a 10 out of 10, but there were little ants in the kitchen (they addressed), and shower head needed maintenance as it was spraying water where it connects to the wall. Will definitely stay here again.

We were a group of 14 women and we loved the rooms, the breakfast was good. We loved the fire pit and grill area. The staff took great care of us.

The only mirrors where in the bathroom but we made it work.

Nothing really comes to mind. You can hear upstairs people through the floor if they are moving around and being loud, but that's nothing crazy annoying.

The exercise room equipment is worn out. I had to get off one treadmill as it squeaked really bad. Also, there weren't any water cups in the exercise room. But staff was great and gave me a water bottle.

The shower head was not working properly. The water just partially came out from the shower head.

Laid out nicely and pet friendly.

While we were there a snowstorm happened and they were very slow to get the parking lot cleared. The staff was helping people who were stuck get shoveled out, so kudos to them.

Room was ok. Pulled out the mattress to use the pull out bed. There was popcorn underneath the bed, filthy! The plastic on mattress was ripped. So just slept on couch, which wasn't comfortable.

What free breakfast? That was a joke! there was oatmeal, you could make a waffle, cold cereal, juice. There were no hot breakfast items at all. This was at 9am on a Sunday morning. Don't advertise "free breakfast" when there isn't one provided. My

The mirror behind the bathroom door scared me that it can get broken easily. No stopper n it banged against the mirror. Unsafe.

Great little apartment-like suite with a pull out couch that my 6'5 adult son said was fairly comfortable. A nice full kitchen w/a dishwasher! Nice desk/work area and nice sized closet with good amount of hangers. Bed was comfortable. It was nice that a washer/dryer were available to use as well @ $2 load to wash and $2 to dry. Right in the heart of shopping and restaurants.

Well appointed room, great kitchen. Definitely would stay here long term is needed! The property was very clean, staff very kind and the location was perfect for this area. We will be back!
