Pool hot tub

We’re never told the right times for breakfast so I didn’t get to have breakfast on the day we left but on the day we did it was horrible and there wasn’t enough food to make a sandwich no eggs no bacon and the bread was dry and bagels were hard as a rock not fresh at all ther was no fresh berries for the oatmeal like my previous stays no yogurt cups or toppings for your apparent parfait thing so overall the stay was great I will be back but please change the breakfast back to the way it was

Clean, breakfast staff nice

My daughters reservation and my reservation was done Thru a 3rd party. Both times your check in staff (same young man-different days) was going to double charge us. Wasn’t until we brought out our receipts from 3rd party that he noticed we had paid for the room already. Makes you wonder how many people don’t question it and get double charged

The lady receptionist Rose was so welcoming,nice,kind,and made it feel like home. She was so helpful and going above and beyond to give us what we needed. Definitely will be coming back here for our family trips.

Need more breakfast selection and bar

The location was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was adequate with the usual continental fare. Kudos goes out to the team for recovering my husbands glasses and getting them shipped to us.

Would have liked to try the pool but it was jam packed with kids!

It was very clean and comfortable. I never sleep well in hotels, but the beds were very comfy! Breakfast was good, they changed it up and had different breakfast sandwiches available on Sat and Sun. The staff is was very friendly and when my room rate was incorrect at the hotel, they immediately corrected it! I love the fire pit outside, though it was too cold to enjoy it for long.

Spacious. Great for long stays or short.

The pool door wasn't working right and we had to get the front desk to open it every time.

Breakfast was great a wide variety. The bed was so comfortable. The hot tub was great for the weary bones.

Everything besides the breakfast sandwiches. Must change those. It was a very nice stay

It was clean, the location was good. If staying for more then a week you could actually cook in your room. Nice place for your pet.

Kitchenette. Very clean

Next time will choose a separate sleeping room
