Initially upon arrival, I was concerned because they did not have my early check in request, but the lady at the counter took care of us quickly. We called down for more towels and received them almost immediately. At check out, it was completed quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean.

The elevators routinely had garbage in the corners, I'm sure this has more to do with the youth groups that were at the hotel. 1 elevator was out of service and the stairwell was not very well lit, so we waited for the elevators. The children in the pool were often not supervised and were very loud.

Loved the location. We were here for the Wisconsin state fair. The morning buffet was great. The reception lady that checked us in was very nice and welcoming.

Our room was not vacuumed at all their were rapers and I don't know what else on the floor. Other then that for the room it was good and clean. The morning staff for breakfast are not friendly. You ask a question and they snap at you like your stupid. The guy cooking the omelets was the only nice person there.

This hotel was a delight. The room was amazing with the separate living room. My husband and I get up at different times so one of us could be out in the living room while the other slept. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good- made to order omeletes as well as fruit, eggs and pastries.

The whole experience was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was good. Judy P. breakfast staff was extremely efficient, friendly, helpful employee. Mikalay who worked the check-in desk was also great and helpful in making sure Guests were well taken care of.

The breakfast was nice and there were quite a few choices, but we were looking forward to the made to order omelets and found they were completely out of cheese. It wasn't a huge deal for me, I still enjoyed the fresh veggies & things in mine, but it was quite a disappointment to some in our party and other guests. Things also could've been refilled in a more timely manner. The hot buffet had run out of plates, which we didn't realize till we'd waited in line. Once we finally got to the plates/food, we then found they were gone and we had to get out of line to search elsewhere for plates, then hop in line all over again. The location was nice and felt safe. There were other restaurants and businesses nearby, which we did not use since they weren't open late enough, but it would be convenient for other travelers. Our room was also very clean, which was much appreciated! Many hotels are lacking cleaning staff and are questionable these days. We appreciated the clean & comfortable accommodations. Rooms were also large & beautiful and we enjoyed the extra space since we were traveling with friends. We were all able to gather in our room to visit & enjoy snacks.

We were bummed there was no hot tub. Our fault for not reading closer, but we thought since there was a nice pool area there was likely also a hot tub. We were disappointed to put our suits on and get down there to find there wasn't a hot tub for relaxing. It also would have been nice if the bar/restaurant were open later. We returned from a late night concert and would've enjoyed some drinks & bites after.

Great location and great rooms. We were visiting my adult children and grandchild and wanted a space we could hang out and open presents. It worked perfectly. Rooms are very nice. Plenty of space in the atrium to kick back and relax as well.

Did not realize they tore out the hot tub

The Manager and Connie were very gracious when we arrived and helped get us a room early. We had Enchant tickets and needed to check in and rest before our 5 p.m. ticket time. Everyone was very pleasant and Connie was super sweet.

The elevators are a little slow moving.

The staff was excellent. I like the free drinks and the breakfast was top notch!

We were on the 5th floor and the temperature control was not working. It was like a sauna in the room and the halls.

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only complaint were the hallways on our floor were not vacuum and were dirty. It was a great location and would stay here again.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Loved happy hour, and the included breakfast was phenomenal!

Wish there was a hot tub. First world problem… lol
