Loved the location. We were here for the Wisconsin state fair. The morning buffet was great. The reception lady that checked us in was very nice and welcoming.

Our room was not vacuumed at all their were rapers and I don't know what else on the floor. Other then that for the room it was good and clean. The morning staff for breakfast are not friendly. You ask a question and they snap at you like your stupid. The guy cooking the omelets was the only nice person there.

Initially upon arrival, I was concerned because they did not have my early check in request, but the lady at the counter took care of us quickly. We called down for more towels and received them almost immediately. At check out, it was completed quickly. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean.

The elevators routinely had garbage in the corners, I'm sure this has more to do with the youth groups that were at the hotel. 1 elevator was out of service and the stairwell was not very well lit, so we waited for the elevators. The children in the pool were often not supervised and were very loud.

This hotel was a delight. The room was amazing with the separate living room. My husband and I get up at different times so one of us could be out in the living room while the other slept. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good- made to order omeletes as well as fruit, eggs and pastries.

The whole experience was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast was good. Judy P. breakfast staff was extremely efficient, friendly, helpful employee. Mikalay who worked the check-in desk was also great and helpful in making sure Guests were well taken care of.

The rooms were spacious and the location was great. It was close enough to everything we wanted to do (zoo, dinners, beach). The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good too!

The bedroom door does not lock. Manager on duty was awesome and took care of any concerns. The people next door were not the friendliest and caused a issue.?

That i called hotel to ask what time would my room be available they had told me to come in 1pm I arrived at 3pm & waited an hour before my room was already

Great location and great rooms. We were visiting my adult children and grandchild and wanted a space we could hang out and open presents. It worked perfectly. Rooms are very nice. Plenty of space in the atrium to kick back and relax as well.

Did not realize they tore out the hot tub

The staff was excellent. I like the free drinks and the breakfast was top notch!

We were on the 5th floor and the temperature control was not working. It was like a sauna in the room and the halls.

The Manager and Connie were very gracious when we arrived and helped get us a room early. We had Enchant tickets and needed to check in and rest before our 5 p.m. ticket time. Everyone was very pleasant and Connie was super sweet.

The elevators are a little slow moving.
