Coffee, tea, and lemonade in the lobby. Outdoor patio with fire table. Hot breakfast was good. Checking and staff were good. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. The air conditioner worked well. The room was spacious. Refrigerator and microwave in room. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The room was quiet even though the hotel was sold out. The pool area was nice with lots of large windows for natural light.

I would have liked a keurig in the room rather than the single cup drip maker, but there was coffee in the lobby. I would have liked an extra or better blanket, but I travel with one because I find this to be a common problem of mine.

Excellent location and the facilities were well maintained. Check in was quick and parking close to room was excellent. Room was very clean and well stocked. We've stayed at the Country Inn in Pleasant Prairie before and Brookfield was by far the best stay we have had. We've traveled around the state for mini vacations and this was the best stay we've had from all the different hotels/motels we've stayed at.

Overall nothing to dislike other than selections at continental breakfast was slim. Eggs and sausage were good but oatmeal was quite unappealing. Cereal in dispenser tasted slightly stale but make you own waffles was a nice feature.

The breakfast was above standard. The breakfast room was very crowded. I liked the stairs up from the lobby (better than waiting for the elevator). I LOVED that I was in back with a very quiet setting and almost no street or security lighting to light up the room.

Although they're was a kitchenette there was no platte- or cook-ware or utensils (maybe they were available on request...I didn't ask). And no freezer in the fridge. My room was ill-designed, poor use of space, so it felt odd.

Clean property, clean room, very comfortable bed; requested to be away from the noise and busy-ness of the crowds and the property was able to accommodate that for us. Good "free" breakfast on Saturday AM.

Understand you do not want people smoking on the porch, but there should be a chair or two by the "chimneys" for cigarette butts. Yes, smoking is a bad habit, but my mom is unable to just stand around, so it was tricky for her to enjoy her habit when there are no seats.

It was our first time arriving with just myself and my 2 year old twins, so i was quite nervous checking myself. I was greeted with helping hands as soon as the doors opened. The front desk staff was outstanding! The young women checked me in right away as another gentleman asked permission to give to give our girls a cookie. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes! When we were finished, the gentleman asked if i needed assistance getting our luggage to our room. Hands down the best experience I've had. I can't thank them enough for offering so much assistance right from the start!

Room was big and comfortable. Possibly the best complimentary hotel breakfast I've ever had (and I've had a lot). A third of the price of the hotel we had canceled in downtown Milwaukee but just as nice. Near Melting Pot which was amazing. The cookies at the front desk are really good too. Pool was open until midnight for adults and looked really nice. Wish we brought our swimsuits. Makeup lighting in the bathroom was great.

The alarm clock was still set from the previous person, I guess we should have checked that. Also the entrance was easy to miss and I had to make a U turn, and the cookies were only available in the afternoon/early evening so we only got to have them when we checked in. So really nothing the hotel did wrong just stuff I wish I knew ahead of time.

Good location. It was easy in and out from moorland road. Breakfast was pretty good. I appreciated that there was oatmeal and an egg dish. I appreciated the cookies out when I checked in Although I didn’t use it because of my schedule, the pool area looked nice. The fitness area was small but adequate.

I was given a room on the top floor the furthest away from the entrance. It was suggested it would be shorter to park around the back and use that entrance and elevator. As an over 70 female traveling alone, I did not feel comfortable parking around the back when I was going to be coming back after dark. I felt it was safer to park in front which was a very long walk.

Over all great size room and location in the hotel, just a hop skip and jump away from our car. Super clean room, I don't think I've ever stayed in a room so clean before. And it smelled beautiful in the hall ways, but the room even better, you can tell instantly that the room was cleaned with hospital grade cleaning. Price was a deal as well, we stayed 3 days and 2 nights. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again for future stays.

This is a Great Hotel. The staff is attentive. My room was very nice- refrigerator & microwave! And the location affords access to highway to Downtown MKE, and many restaurants within 2 miles.

The whirlpool needs to be fixed. While warm, it doesn't have jets that "Whirl Pool." Think warm tub- no jets. I've been here 3 times now, and it happens every visit. You think they have the money to fix it. The Whirlpool is the main feature for me of the property.

The location was nice, very convenient to other businesses in the area. Nice restaurants nearby.

I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Candy was behind a table, hair on the bathroom floor, as well as an odor in the room after it was cleaned. I did ask for air freshener to help with the issue. It did only momentarily, I was given the option to move to another room.
