It was affordable and convenient walking distance to a cafe (though construction is going on so one had to pay attention when walking on roads.) I appreciated that the hotel accommodated our late breaking need for a suite.

Box spring for sofa bed was broken (at a 45 degree angle on one side) and the mattress was torn. Cleanliness of floor in bathroom not good but the rest was clean, i.e., the sheets and towels and sink and shower stall all clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was something I skipped during my three day stay after discovering the sugary peanut butter and poor quality of the baked goods. The coffee was just OK-- at least not too weak. And I detested the fact that styrofoam is in use. And why doesn't this hotel recycle?!? It is 2025.

The staff was GREAT. We had to find a place to stay because of flooding at our home, and the staff did everything they could to assist, lengthen our reservation when we needed to, and make certain we could use what would have been a closed dining area to work. The location is excellent - easy access to highway to downtown and very close to a variety of stores, shops, and restaurants. There is a pool and exercise room. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The price is significantly better than nearby places.

The rooms are somewhat shabby - the cushion on the couch in our first room was torn, the easy chair cushion had collapsed and the desk chair was broken so it could not be used in the second room. The carpets are worn so that they seem rather dirty (although the cleaning staff was vacuuming daily). The pool is a combination indoor-outdoor and is configured in a very odd way so that actual swimming is almost impossible. The hot tub was broken.

I like our room in general it gave some seperation between our boys being on the downstairs portion and my wife and I on the lofted section.

We did not like the mattress, it really needs to be update as well as the mattress in the foldaway bed. The breakfast was extremely basic for the price i ended pay the whole room for.

Breakfast was plentiful & tasty. Thought the round flat things were pancakes.(eggs) Glad I didn’t put syrup on. When I checked in learned my room was upstairs. I was tired so asked if they had a room on 1st floor. They did thankfully & was close to entry door & breakfast area.

Parking lot was uneven with high spots packed with snow. Difficult to walk around on especially with suitcases.

The staff made accommodations for myself, handicapped, my father and my extended Family. Just top service by all 3 front Desk Ladies. Especially over the phn and while there.

Location was a little far from downtown but close enough.great staff

Breakfast was nice. We really like the location of this motel!

The pool never opens on time and I would like to take a swim at 7a.m., but it is never open. I imagine you have limited staff like so many other businesses.

The room was big, beautiful and cozy. Me and my wife both enjoyed ourselves. Not our first time staying at the property. Staff was friendly and courtesy. And will definitely be making another night there.

Just the mild odor. Maybe coming from the carpet or possibly the furniture. But other than that, our stay was still great.

My husband had to sleep in the chair as he found the bed far too firm

it was a nice place and suited my purpose. Room was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave. staff were pleasant.

because only 2 stories there was no elevator (but staff kindly helped me up with my bags). Air conditioner was very loud . although a pleasant and comfortable place I did think the rate was to high for what it was.
