Very clean. Comfortable beds. Location near to family reunion.

The desk staff wasn't very welcoming and she didn't explain there was a $25/day incident fee charged to my credit card that was refundable after staff inspected the room we were in for three nights. The morning clerk when we checked out explained the company fee policy which explained the discrepancy between the total amount charged for three nights and the amount charged my credit card.

It was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Booking.com asked for payment /credit card when we booked. Then deducted from our bank account. Then when we arrived at the property I had to pay again because booking out the dollar amount back into the bank account without our knowledge at those of check in causing us to feel stupid at the front desk and the manager at the hotel had to call booking.com and speak to 2 different people and we still had to re-pay for our room. It was embarrassing. I’ve never had to do this before. I’ve always paid through booking and owed nothing at time of check in.

Loved the location next to the Waterstreet Brewery. Great place for dinner! Beds were comfortable and great shower. Breakfast was good too. Clean hotel. Pool was nice but it could have been a bit brighter or something.

The breakfast was a help-yourself to many breakfast items. Very nice to fix your own breakfast. Many options available to choose from.

Wrong address. The address is not the address specified on booking.com. The correct address is 1601 Gateway Drive in Grafton. Kind of off the beaten path and had to stop 2 times to ask where the hotel was located. Problem when you have the wrong address in your navigation system and have not been in the area before.

Location was fine. Close to Cedarburg. Just off the highway. Easy to get to. Rooms were comfortable. Nice hotel.

Breakfast was ok but not great. Area got very messy and not cleaned up promptly. Food ok, but not as good as Hampton usually is.

The location right off the highway was good. I didn't get to enjoy breakfast due to having surgery the next morning but it sure smelled good! The room was a good size, the bathroom was a good size and the tv was a good size! Very fancy looking hotel.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer!

I really liked the breakfast, it had such a variety which we really needed. The hotel was clean and friendly. We were there due to a funeral in the family and the price was a little high because it was an unexpected visit but it all worked out.

Breakfast was good but no gluten free options and that was hard. The staff was super nice and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and that was very nice. The temp control in room wasn’t easy to use. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Toiletries were small.

Woman at front desk was too busy talking she double charged us as our room was already paid for through booking.com. Caused us to have our card declined!!!

Great location, very clean and beds are comfortable. We loved the pool staying open til Midnight. That is nice for when you return to hotel later in the evening.

There isn't anything I didn't like. I wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs( watery) and the cheesy omelet tastes like fake cheese. And one day they ran out of cream cheese for the bagels. None of these would deter me from staying again though.
