My teenagers had such a great time in pool. And the weight room. And the front desk made sure to put our rooms close together. Loved the fact I could take their breakfast up to them. Because as most parents know teens do not get up early. Every one of the staff super friendly.

Bought only thing was not having access to a suite room. But it was a busy weekend as a festival was going on.

Outstanding service and cleanliness during our free morning breakfast. I watched their staff make sure every thing was fully stocked and tables cleaned as the people ate and left super friendly. Also front desk people so friendly and made sure to provide extra towels pool and jacuzzi was wonderful and clean . Had the best time ever.

Very clean!! We were very impressed with the breakfast buffet! Definitely way above the usual fare in hotel breakfasts! The food was very fresh and the breakfast attendant very friendly and making sure we had everything we wanted. Excellent selection!

The hot tub was not useable last night when my granddaughter and I went to the pool; on the plus side, the water in the pool was a decent temperature.

It was close to the wedding venue. The front desk gentleman named Don was delightful and extremely accommodating. One family member did make it to the breakfast and he said it was nice. I chose to sleep in. We were able to check in early which was great!! Lots of pillows on the bed which I love.

The sink dripped underneath with each use. The shower floor had something all over it. The bedding was stained. The window screen was all mangled- we assumed by someone else trying to perhaps smoke in the room. The side entrance to the building was littered with many dead insects.

Clean hotel in a nice location. There are places to eat near the hotel and it is near the interstate. Easy to find.

IMO I’d like a staff that greets you with a smile but I guess that is just the way it is. Tried to get an extra hour to check out, but it was a holiday and they wanted their staff off asap so the hour was denied.

Very clean property, nice pool, hot tub, for the guest to utilize. Great location, lots of restaurants around. We drove 15 minutes away to have dinner at the Alpine retreat, a wonderful German restaurant with authentic German food! Highly recommend! Also, great breakfast!

All the staff were hard working and very friendly. The pool having a jacuzzi was a great addition. The continental breakfast was good and accommodating.

The pool area was way too hot if you were just sitting on the sidelines trying to enjoy watching your child swim. There wasn’t access to the nice patio area from the pool. The hallway on the 1st floor was a bit smelly.

The very first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the room, definitely exceeded my expectations! Although I had some issues with a 3rd party app with booking, staff still checked in with me and went above and beyond with seeking a solution. The pool and breakfast was a more welcoming surprise as well; I loved being able to make my own waffles as if I was still at home!

Location was excellent..The staff at check in was awesome. The room was clean. The pool area was clean with clean towels. 3RD Shift African american lady behind the desk had a smarty pants attitude, but other then her we enjoyed our stay.

The 3rd shift desk lady attitude could've been better.

Very nice place. Staff was awesome. Tiles in pool need replaced. But still nice.

The Maid was cleaning a room close to me at 8 am grrr super noisy. Frustrating.Also employee parked his Chevy caprice In Handicapped parking taking up 2 lanes and no Handicapped tag grrr.
