Hotel is a nice, clean and comfortable. It is in a good location for the area. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was good. The selection for breakfast was good and the coffee is pretty good as well.

My husband tried to go swimming, but as it is a smaller pool and there were only about 4 other people there, he felt it was already crowded. I don't like the layout of the bathroom, as the vanity does not have much room to put things. I'd rather have a bigger bathroom, with a vanity, than have it separate and nowhere to put anything.

Quiet and staff was very friendly and helpful

From 10pm to 12am the pool was open for adults to enjoy the facility without children, the staff didn’t really enforce this policy, though the kids were respectful enough it was still a bit of an irritant. Also the hot tub needed to be cleaned, it was full of sand making it uncomfortable to sit in. The water had a dirty foot smell to it while the temperature was just about as cool as the pool.

The location was perfect for the areas I came up for. The hotel was clean and my room was comfortable. They provided good breakfast choices including hot items.

There wasn't anything that I found to be disappointing. The location was in a nice quiet area so there wasn't any traffic noise. The property was well maintained.

The staff and facilities were wonderful. We had a view of the river in winter that was a delightful surprise. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

My only concern was some minor mildew in the corners of the safety shower. My daughter was surprised that the lamps did not have a USB plug. This was only a minor issue as I had brought a USB plug.

The staff was very nice, spoke to three counter people, the housekeeping woman said good morning to us and the woman on Monday that cleaned up the breakfast area. The room was kept in good shape so that was very much appreciated

The only thing was, that something was wrong with our room keys Sunday night. Neither key worked, so we went down to the front desk and the gentleman kindly helped us out. But it was slightly frustrating to have to go back downstairs and figure it out after a long day.

The location worked out well for us while visiting family nearby. The breakfast was good with the standard eggs, sausage, toast, and waffles.

Booking with a third party seems like a negative during check in. They tell you up front that if you have any issues they won't be able to help.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer adult only swimming hours and I greatly appreciated that quiet time. Breakfast was delicious. Culver’s is right next door for lunch. I hope to be back next winter.

Honestly nothing. I really enjoyed my stay.

The amazing hot tub in the pool area. The adult time was amazing. The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns and so incredibly nice and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

No elevator

mostly loved it. most of the staff was great. the place was nice and convenient to our needs. the price was good.

The hot tub was broken the first night and that was a main reason we picked the place. Also all the staff was really great except a male staff was rude in his tone - like he didn’t want to be working and took it out on me. He thought I was breaking a rule I didn’t know about.

Breakfast wasn’t too great. Scrambled eggs were cold.

Vending machines are very misleading and deceptive. A bag of chips said $1.00 but after I paid with my debit card, it said $1.50. Same with soda. Doesn’t even tell you the price until after I already paid. I should be reimbursed or something but employees couldn’t do anything. I’ll attach pictures below showing discrepancy.
