The rooms are updated and clean Beds are comfortable

One of the people who worked the front desk messed up when charging our rooms after repeatedly explaining it to him. I was charged for two rooms instead of one and my friend wasn’t charged at all. This error ended up being a hassle to get straightened out The other staff including the front desk manager worked diligently to fix it. He gave us free breakfast, which was nice, but the breakfast buffet is horrible! We were so glad we didn’t have to pay the $17 cost pp. Food was cold, and not fresh. and it was your typical breakfast that other hotels include in your stay for free-you know that kind of breakfast.

Don’t have microwaves if you’re gonna only have one microwave make sure that the microwave works. It does not work and for it to be a big hotel like that it should at least have a microwave on each floor very inconvenient to have to walk out your room to warm up your food and three and four people is standing in line to warm up their food in the microwave barely works.

The staff is AMAZING!! Mr. Sezai went over and beyond for me and my son. He was so patient and kind. And because of that reason we book an extra week to stay. Thank andThank you sir. Also Ms. Ladeja was also extremely supportive and represented the company very well. She made me feel so welcome just like Mr. Sezai. Thank you both and The Sheraton! My favorite hotel. You will always get my business. Thank you for knowing and showing that how you treat people is important.

Safe and welcoming!

It's a great hotel. The beds are amazingly soft and plush. The rooms and facilities are clean. They were accommodating with my service animal. It 100% would stay again!

There was a used washcloth in the tub in our room. We removed it and placed it on the side, as it wasn't a big deal. We came back after our first day out to find that the staff had tidied up the room. They took all our wet towels, but left the washcloth again just sitting there. We just moved it to the side again and made it into a joke from the trip.

Relatively quite and clean. Better lighting fixtures and nice television set. Pretty comfortable beds and clean sheets. Bathroom amenities were accommodating. Coin laundry is convenient as is indoor & outdoor pools in addition to gym.

The first room located in the Milwaukee building had a drainage problem that went unresolved (old plumbing configuration). We managed to get another room by the friendly, understanding staff which elevated our opinion of the stay—helping us reconsider staying here once again. Moreover there was a lack of cabinets for clothing storage. Microwaves aren’t in room and the a/c units are a tad noisy. Also the card reader’s batteries could use replacement as well as the hallway flooring in some areas.

Breakfast was a buffet with waffles, bacon, and fruit. It was 14.99. They had teas, juices, and coffee. It was alright. I will probably get breakfast there.

There is nothing that I didn't like about my stay. It was relaxing. I had a good time. The room was very nice. No compliments. I enjoyed my time.

Location was great. Lots of places to choose from to eat within walking distance, and liked the mall nearby.

The fact that even though I checked out a day early, I was still charged for the extra day that I wasn't there, due to Booking.com's policies. Would have been better off booking through the hotel vs using booking.com

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name who really helped me out finding a ride to ride State Fair. He went out of his way to tell me what ride was cheaper ( Lyft) and put the App in my phone.

Only thing I found I was disappointed in was the blond bartender at the main bar. Very unfriendly and seemed she would rather be somewhere else. If she doesn't like the job she's doing there's other options. Other than that it was a wonderful hotel and we plan on staying there again

Clean , great location, cheap .

Being woken up by a housekeeper pounding at my door at 8am when check out is at 11am. She not only did it to my room but to also my mom’s room on first floor. The door to the bathroom of my room was off track so it could not shut all the way but it’s okay because it was just my other half and I . But if it was someone else idk how they would feel about it.

Quiet and met our needs, for the most part.

Shower didn't drain. Had to beg the maids for a second set of towels. One elevator didn't work which led to trying to squeeze in with cleaning carts as I am physically unable to take the stairs.
