Great location on the river. The staff were absolutely amazing! Very helpful and helped us. We had to leave at 4:30am and was worried about getting our car from valet parking. Spoke with the staff that was parking the cars. They took our name and told us they would park our car onsite and to get the keys from the front desk person. Worked absolutely as planned.

Was loud because of the location. May not bother others folks but heard a lot of the activity outside.

We came to Milwaukee to watch a Bucks Game. Great location and close to the arena. Staff was helpful and enjoyed talking to them. Room was clean.

The carpet in our room needed to be redone. I also didn't like that the wording for parking at the hotel is listed as an amenity, but you pay $45 to park. I chose this hotel because I was under the impression parking was included. The website should note parking available for a charge.

Parking was easy Check in was easy Rooms were nicely AC cooled Hotel was central to everything we needed, all the good food spots and bars Employees were super friendly and the bar drinks selection was great!

Little noisy on the weekends because of the road being an exit from all the bars but not a huge problem after everyone went home on Saturday morning !

The room was clean and quiet as far as hotel and hallway noise. The bed was comfortable.

I would prefer a door on the bathroom and ventilation in the stool/shower room. The traffic noise was horrific. I can see why you provide ear plugs. It is probably just normal for being right in the area we needed to be in for our event.

Valet parking for Blake Shelton Concert worked awesome I highly recommend this service. You should consider this as a offered package service because it was a great value, ease and comfort.

The 1 light by the bed didn't work and the soap dispenser pump/nozzle in the shower was broken and wouldn't work.

Nice view , nice workers , food and drinks are walking distance away which was nice

Could’ve gave me more than two towels since I’m staying more than one night , stain on the bed sheet I wasn’t a fan of but for the price was way cheaper than most hotels in area

The entire staff, at this hotel went above and beyond. Everyone was friendly, and everyone was happy to help us at any given time, even if it wasn't their assigned area.

It was an awesome location & the staff was amazing. Especially the valet and the front desk staff. The lady at the front desk told us ab Milwaukee’s summer fest that we had no idea about and will definitely be back to attend.

The first time we exited the elevator, my boyfriend made a comment it smelled like animal pee. I did not think so but I did notice they allowed pets so there could have been that scent somewhere.

Loved the location. We attended a concert at the Fiserv and it was a short walk. We had a cocktail at the bar before we left and the bartender was really nice. We were able to hit up some of the bars afterwards and then just walk right back to the hotel. The rooms were nice.

Would have liked more than a barn door to the bathroom, but that is just a small complaint :)

Best location for where we needed and the bed was comfortable everyone was so friendly and we got a pretty good view
