The location it wasn’t a lot of foot traffic or highway traffic which was surprising by it being by the airport! The breakfast was great, the pool area wasn’t to crowded that made me happy because I really wanted to swim . I went to relax for my birthday and that’s exactly what I did. The staff was very nice and made you feel welcomed also was the woman who served breakfast.

I was kind of threw off by the “spa” actually just being the hot tub only because I was looking forward to a massage but the staff googled a nice massage place for me to go I appreciated that. But other than that I honestly have no complaints.

Staff was friendly. Property was well maintained. There was food dropped on the floor of main corridor that no one picked up. Also, there was a nearby room that had food delivered in the evening. No one picked up the food at all. It was still there, uneaten, when we checked out. We mentioned to the front desk that they may want to do a wellness check if the room was occupied.

Breakfast buffet was less than stellar. The hot food had no labels, so couldn't tell what the sausage flavors were. Had to pay extra for buffet. Ended up eating oatmeal and fruit. We were the first ones there. Service was very minimal.

Staff from Front Desk, as this was the 2nd Hilton we stayed in. They helped me sign up to be a member. Room was nice and clean . Comfortable. They were kind enough to even ask what floor we wanted. We had done family visits and been out and about for a few days. We stopped at the restaurant to eat. And yes of course they are semi pricey . Great great 😃 service , all around accommodating Staff. I definitely would stay here again .

The staff was friendly. Shuttle driver was so nice and friendly. Gave me some suggestions on things to do and places to go. We had breakfast there. Alex was amazing. The food and the chef were great. Everything was clean. The room was nice. Very easy process.

When I got there at 10am they didn't have a king room I booked ready. She said there were none available and I'd have to wait or change to a different room if I wanted to check-in early. I did do that and the staff member was great, however I think that check-in should be allowed before 3pm. I was looking forward to using the hot tub, and it was closed all 4 days. I was a little disappointed. Other than that everything was great.

We had a great stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I love the moon check out compared to other hotels at 10 or 11.

The housekeeper knocked at 11:15 & was about to use her key to enter even though we were in there. My husband was getting dressed & I was showering. They should not do that because noon is check out & the front desk can tell them if we’ve left or not. Also, another room played very loud music for hours. Security should walk the hallways checking for that. I shouldn’t have to monitor other guests.

Very close to General Mitchell Airport so great if you're having to catch early morning flight or arrive late in evening. Shuttle service based at the hotel. Plenty of car parking outside. Spacious and beautifully appointed rooms and facilities. Extremely customer focussed staff. Small shop on site and a pleasant bar and restaurant also.

Everything was great and went smoothly! The free airport shuttle was ready to pick me up 5min after I called for pickup. Such a convenient service! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean and most importantly, quiet. The little convenience store by the reception had everything from little sandwiches, to snacks, to toiletries. If I'm ever in MKE again, I'll definitely come here!

When I asked for bread with my salad at the restaurant, they gave me a brioche slice, which I thought was odd. But nothing major.

waited long time for shuttle after calling hotel with arrival. apparently staff did not inform shuttle driver. I had talked to front desk before arrival since we were arriving close to midnight. they assured me at that time that a note had been put on the reservation about the late arrival and the fight number, etc. I ended up calling twice after arrival to get the shuttle to come. watched the shuttle for a couple other hotels stop including the Hilton city center shuttle with our flight crew pick up. kinda defeated the purpose of getting an airport hotel…..

I think there should be toothpaste available in the rooms, we unfortunately forgot to bring some with thinking it would be available. Also the beds were an uncomfortable they were too soft I might just be used to a more firmer mattress. The thermostat was not working too well it would get really hot.

bed started comfy but wasnt until flip flopped. wonder how often rotate bed as the head part dipped down so slept with head by feet and much comfier.
