This was my second night of two: Rooms close to Hot tub / Pool / Gym areas, and convenient location right outside of Milwaukee. However, it is the outstanding staff that keeps me coming back to this location. Despite being understaffed each time I have visited, the team across all three shifts has shown a willingness to work together and get it done for the customer. I greatly appreciate the positive attitude shown by everyone. Vanessa, Hayley, Erica, and Antonio were fantastic though I had the most experience with Lexi and Heather who were beyond amazing, being always more than willing to offer a smile or help however possible. Thank you for all the patience and dedicated service to your customer.

Staffing was insufficient (which effected breakfast) but I do not hold it against the great employees I interacted with and will return!

Best place I’ve been to in a long time not only worth a great deal but the experience was phenomenal. Great food in the morning. Hospitality is great. Only downfall is the elevator is so small. You cannot go there in a group. Just use the stairs give it a 10 out of 10 I had to give it anything less it would be for the elevator problem besides that parking great food is great. Environment is great. Rooms are clean cozy. I cannot complain if you’re looking for a recommendation for a reason to stay there, let this be the one to seal who we baby the deal.

This was the first night of a second two night stay I had at this hotel. Though there were continued Staffing issues, the team of Lexi and Heather were amazing to cover 2nd and third shift, while Vanessa, Hayley, and the morning staff did everything they could to keep pace with the support they had. I again am very thankful to be able to interact with such great people willing to provide a high level of service through their own unexpected challenges.

Staffing issues remained, putting stress on the dedicated workers willing to go the extra mile!

I reside in the Milwaukee area, but I stay at the Best Western the night before any early flight to another destination. That way the next morning, I can have the shuttle deliver me to the airport well in advance of my flight. I usually take the shuttle between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. that day. The last two times I've done that, Chris has been the driver, and has been exceptionally helpful, as well as being prompt.

Guests in a neighboring room were unusually loud in the middle of the night, and thus I woke up sooner than I needed to. That hasn't happened during my other stays, but it was disconcerting, because it was hard to get back to sleep, and I had a long day's flight ahead of me.

I enjoyed my room, the rate was acceptable, the continental breakfast was pretty standard, French toast sticks, eggs, a meat, cold cereal, yogurt and jello, breads, tea, coffee, juice. All fine. Staff was very nice, professional, and attentive to guest needs. Room was clean and all things worked well.

The only downside was my specific room was located along the indoor pool side, and if one is a light sleeper, that could be a deal breaking issue. If you are a light sleeper, ask to be put in a room away from the pool area. I'm not a light sleeper so it was fine for me. Other than that, all good. Oh wait, the hot tub jets in the pool area. I could not for the life of me figure them out to make the hot tub all bubbly. Definitely felt odd in still warm water like that. But that's probably a me issue and not a hotel issue. I should have asked someone but I was only there for a short time.

The staff was awesome. The restaurant was excellent and the room was very clean.

It's very dated. There was a huge gap under my door that allowed light to flood in. Had to roll up a towel to block it. Sound wise, I could hear every single step that was made in the room above me. The outlets both in the walls and the lamp beside the bed are so stretched out that I had to bend the prongs on my chargers and laptop just to keep a connection without hearing that sizzling sound. Fire hazard for sure.

The breakfast was good. The only problem was the flimsy paper plates that were provided. Needed to use two or three plates to hold food

The only real problem I had was we got to the hotel around 12:30 pm and asked if we could check in. They stated we would have to pay an early check in fee of $25.00. If the room was ready I don’t understand why there has to be a charge. We were leaving for a long day at the state fair and wanted to just have our room before we went to fair.

I like the everyday free breakfast and coffee. Fresh water dispensers everywhere. Provide Free airport shuttles. Rooms had all the necessities I needed to make my stay quite comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

breakfast was fairly descent. Pork sausages and scramble eggs was always burnt and over cooked, wish there were fresh fruits and veggies. I wish you have a security. person 24 hours, so I can feel safer and secure. 2 nights in a row, someone was jogging on the second floor, running back and forth stamping on the wooden floor that lasted 15 min. at 9:15 P.M. and if there was a security person there, I could have call them.

The facility was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. I loved the breakfast buffet. The location was great, basically 15 mins away from most of the attractions we wanted to see. Fast check in and fast check out. No extra hassle.

The number of kids in the pool area. A suggestion would be to have an adult only time from like 10pm until 12 am or something. We were using the hot tub, and kids were splashing us, kicking us in the face, etc.

They were really accommodating with my situation I came over from Canada and had booked and cancelled and then rebooking again due to border issues day of and on a weekend and they were polite and were able to cancel and rebook with no extra fees. Highly recommend for a comfortable safe stay without breaking the bank. Also near an airport so a plus.

The only thing i didn't like was losing money at the casino other than that this place was a great place for me to drown my sorrows. Beds made me forget all the stupid decisions at the table.
