I appreciate it any kind of like this at the time of the morning that I needed to leave, so it was fine. It was a chocolate muffin that was delicious as well as a yogurt and a juice. The only thing I would have added would have been a spoon, but since everything else was so good, this really is not a complaint and was probably just an oversight. I particularly appreciated the person who was on duty both when I checked in and when I checked out...the same person. He was very professional and personable, a great combination! He also was able to answer all of my questions. If I ever need a motel close to the Milwaukee Airport again, I definitely will be using this location!

It was quite and had restaurants in walking distance and for being right by the airport literally across the street it was quite inside.

That when we got in our room our window was a forth of the way open. And that we had a $100 cleaning fee added and no where did we see that that would happen. We did get it back though. But I think it should be on booking.com so others no that will happen. Also when I booked it it said it had breakfast included but there was no breakfast at all.

There was no hot breakfast. We had a muffin, yogurt and juice. We had visit this property in the past and had hot breakfast. We pick that property cause we thought they still serves hot breakfast. The vending machines don't accept credit or debit cards only cash. Everyone don't carry cash. We had a disabled room we're not disabled. If the hotel don't have a kitchen at least have a vending machines that have heat and serves food. Furthermore the property and hotel were clean and the front desk workers were nice and respectful. But the cleaning staff don't speak even when you speak first they just look at you.

The room was clean. Usman the manager was nice and helpful but other guys on the desk were a bit ignorant.

NO BREAKFAST, just a bag that includes a drink, a cake piece. You better take without breakfast and do your groceries. No kitchen, no relaxation. No proper toiletries.

It was the perfect hotel, not inside the city but not far away from it either, hotel was quite clean and most everybody there was there for the baseball game and stayed at that hotel, staff was super helpful with a stubborn room key, the price for the room was the best around in the best area and will be booking again when I travel back that way

I really didn't dislike anything it was the perfect hotel for a short 3 day trip, if I have to choose the pillows where a little lumpy but after a 9 hour drive I couldn't care less about that it was a great stay

Clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Good shower and ample vanity space around the sink. Lots of surface area to set luggage. Nice desk and chair. Great price. Clean hallway carpet and fast elevator. Convenient location close to the airport and a short drive to downtown. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Very dim with only 2 lights in the room. No towel rack next to the sink to hang hand towels which was very inconvenient. Despite these issues, we would stay again and recommend this property to other travelers.

Room was as expected - clean and comfortable

Particularly did not like that I was not given a 3:30 am wake up call by staff as requested. I had also requested a 2 am call, which I got, and by then had discovered I really didnt need to go until 330. Had it been only up the the staff, who did not call at 330, I might have missed my plane, which would have defeated my entire reason for being there in the first place. Prefer showers with detachable heads. Most women do. I rarely take a shower if the only thing I can wash properly is my head,

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and it was easy to get a bus to get around.

There was no breakfast and the shuttle didn't go to the train station.

For a quick overnight near the airport it was great. Half the price of the hotel next door. Staff were very friendly. Shuttle service great at 4am! Walking distance to several places to eat.

Only complaint was the bedsheets were very threadbare.

The location was great for us!

Just that when I checked in, I asked about breakfast! Expecting a hot selection. Was told it was served between 6 - 9 am! Was disappointed when we went down and read a sign on the door of the eating area to ‘check with desk clerk for breakfast’! Thanks for the offering of a free breakfast, but I am a ‘hot meal’ kind of person! Other than that, this place met our expectations!!
