Great value, it was very quiet, everyone was very professional.

That they only have 1 door to enter or exit, e every other door is locked with an alarm, very hard when you are at the way other end of the property and have to walk through entire hotel to get out into a parking lot with only around 20 spots for the entire hotel.

The room was big and cozy. The hotel is located around the airport, close from the main attractions and the Amtrak train station as well. There was a problem with me credit card but Ms Helana was able to fix it and handle very well. Thank you! I would definitely be back to this hotel location soon again.

the staff was friendly. the front desk receptionist did what she could as far a trying to smooth out my issues. it’s centrally located. the area feels a lot safer than most hotels in the vicinity of the airport.

the Wi-Fi didn’t really have a great signal. I used my mobile hotspot for my internet service. I also checked out a room with the whirlpool. unfortunately there was no stopper to fill up the tub. also there weren’t many toiletries or face towels to shower. also there was no “no disturb or room service request sign for the door.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were with a very large group and everyone commented on how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The food in the little bar down stairs was phenomenal! Zoe was an excellent waitress that handled our group well, even though she was brand new.

Older and some exterior and interior repairs are needed. Breakfast was a little high priced.

Decent facility at a reasonable rate. Pool was nice. Staff was friendly. Daily housekeeping if desired.

Breakfast wasn't included, had to pay for parking, limited shuttle service. No TV streaming options.

The location was convenient. The swimming pool was unusual in that it had a depth of 8 ft on one end. The pool was deep enough to actually swim without scraping the bottom with my toes which is unusual for most hotels.

We were pleased. A free breakfast was would have been nice.

Convenient location, incredible customer service - every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, respectful and seemed to really enjoy their job. The room was exceptional and transportation to/from hotel/parking was on point.

Great location. Room was clean. Staff were nice. It was a great place to stay for a quick trip to Milwaukee but I would stay more than one night in the future.

The room smelled of stale tobacco, especially the bathroom. There were a lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and lobby at midnight when I arrived.

Loved the friendliness of the staff especially the ladies who cleaned my room everyday

Cushions in chairs had numerous stains felt dirty to sit in them.

From the hotel to TSA inside the airport, the shuttle will take 15 minutes. Rooms clean. Everyone I spoke to was kind and professional. Ate downstairs and enjoyed a fantastic burger! Never heard a plane fly over.
