Room arrangement: space in the room, ample desk space, microwave, refrigerator, excellent countertop in bathroom, TV. Excellent temperature control, shower stall arrangement, usability and shower spray. Secure locks on door. The placement of all the lighting was excellent - especially if you needed to get work done. We very much appreciate the convenience of the included breakfast. We usually have breakfast, but this time met friends. Excellent, friendly customer service and easy to book.

The lamp on the bedstand closest to the bathroom wasn't working (bad switch). Good lighting over-all, but brighter lighting would have been helpful both in the sleep area and the bathroom. Not much space to set out your luggage.

We stayed here after a 15 hour road trip and honestly could not have had a better experience. Check in was easy with friendly staff. They had 24 hour coffee available. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and soft (we slept 10 hours) . The AC felt amazing. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast the next morning was hot with a good continental spread. I’d definitely stay here again.

The only inconvenience was that their only ice machine was on the first floor and the complete opposite side of the building, but everything was great other than that.

Woman at night was wonderful at the desk helped me I had forgot my phone charger she also had a dog which was so lovely and makes sense at night to have extra help with her

The pool was closed and out of order. The guys at the desk were good but not quite as friendly. Some of the people may have been smoking or vaping or something that came into the hotel I hope they weren't doing that in their room but smell some kind of smoke the next day I didn't really smell it though. Not sure what they can do about that felt like the final amount I was charged was a bit more than what I remembered signing up for

The overnight desk clerk was amazing. Her customer service was A+. Room was a good size and clean. Bed was comfy and the hotel was close to downtown Milwaukee and had plenty of dining and shopping options around.

Key cards didn't work the 1st time up. No remote control for the TV in the room and the 2nd one we were given didn't work. 3rd time was finally the charm. Both the pool and hot tub were out of order which was kind of an issue since that's the main reason we chose the hotel at the price point it was at. Could have gotten something much cheaper with no pool and a similar comfort level even during Summerfest.

Pool area was clean. The whole hotel overall was clean. Breakfast was decent. 24 hour coffee was a plus.

I was charged quite a bit more than my room charge. They corrected it, but had to wait over a week for the funds to be released and put back in my account. The deposit was $75 (understandable) and it was added to the account hold of room + deposit. But then had an additional charge for $75, so $150 plus the cost of the room was pending in my account. Added another day and the same thing happened! So they were holding $300.00 on my card. I did get it all back, but it was really inconvenient. When I asked about it the manager said that was normal for all hotels to hold that much.....um, no sir, I stay in hotels often. rarely ever have a problem.

The room was just right not to small nor not to big for a couple. The pools, and jacuzzi was great also.

There wasn't anything that was bad per say only one thing just a observation the woman clerk she might have been a bad but it was at check in and the next morning check out that she just had a very sour face never smiled or just plan non concerning attitude. But like I said she might have been going through something. The breakfast was good. But all and all the stay was very good 👍.

Staff was super friendly and accompanying. We had concerns about a dark spot under the mattress cover. The front desk guy was understanding and helpful as he and my husband searched the spots. It was just lint. Lol Thankfully, no bed bugs as we suspected. The front desk was helpful in putting our food in their refrigerator so we could go out for the day and explore the city after we checked out.

The stairs and hallway in the back of the hotel needs to be painted and cleaned. Guests sometimes use these steps and not just the elevators. The same old donut layed in the hallway for 3 days! Lot of big stains and spots on the rugs

Nearly everything was just right. The parking was easy, the hotel easy to find, breakfast was abundant. The room was very comfortable and larger than we expected.

This property has a mandatory damages fee of $75 that is not mentioned anywhere on your website. They say it will be refunded in 14 days. That is ridiculous. It should be noted on the website as something I should expect and it should be refunded in 24 hours, or noted why it is not being refunded.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub area was awesome. They offered a great breakfast with waffles, eggs, cereal and pastries. It was an overall great value.. I will definitely stay here again!

My only complaint was the bathroom in the pool area was a little dirty. When I mentioned this to the staff, they were nice about it and prompt in cleaning it right away..

The staff on call late that night was extremely helpful and kind. It made all the difference because I was checking in after midnight

A little tired and needed update The coffee maker in the lobby was broken. Breakfast was fine but all the plates, cups and utensils were throw away and no option for recycling.
