The room was quiet and comfortable. I was surprised there was no carpeting in the room, but that does mean no lingering smells.

There is no counter in the bathroom to set out your things. The listing said there would be coffee and tea but there wasn't a maker in the room. When I went to leave, I saw a sign about breakfast, but I was leaving earlier so that wasn't an option for me. I didn't inquire if there was any coffee ready because there was a shop nearby. There's no rug for getting out of bed or the shower, so be ready for tile underfoot.

What a pleasant surprise. Booked it with no reviews or photos available. Last minute for a concert in Milwaukee. The room #207 was exceptional! The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable! Facility is clean and check in was fast and friendly. Located in a safe, clean area with lots of shopping and restaurants. I recommend & will stay at Suburban Studios anytime while visiting Milwaukee! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your front desk ataff person was excellent! And so were the rest of the staff, I really enjoyed my stay there.

No vent fan in bathroom in order to vent heat, smells and steam, when using bathroom (shower & toilet). But I can understand the reason being to halt smoking and smells incurred when smoking takes place…the vinyl floors really avoid leftover odors and keep the rooms smelling clean.

The property met most of the online expectations.

Smoke smell in hallways. Food cooking smells from other rooms (lack of proper ventilation). Lack of blanket on bed (just sheet and light bed covering).

Location, conventional, accessibility.

The room was far from door, no near exits and parking situation. This is why rated a 7, otherwise would have been higher.
