It was very clean. I liked the layout of the room, which had TVs in both the King bedroom and the sitting area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The cleaning staff was very polite and would say hello when passing in the halls. It is a very quiet hotel. It is worth the value. Nothing fancy, but I would stay here again.

The check-in clerk did not tell us what time breakfast was. I could have asked, but I assumed it would be open at least by 6am, but it was not. It's right off the entryway in the open and appeared to open after 6:30am. There appeared to be only dry goods & juice. It's something, but nothing we were interested in. I wouldn't count on "breakfast" here.

Loved that the bedroom area could be completely closed off from the sitting area and both rooms had a tv. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and in a nice area. We used the shuttle service and the driver was awesome! Very personable and professional. Would stay again myself and would recommend to others.

Didn’t like that the ac was in the bedroom and if the door was closed for too long the sitting area would get a bit warm. The tv was a little hard to use, had to go through every channel instead of just the one you were interested in watching

Water pressure and shower head were surprisingly great! Room was great size and clean, bed very comfortable! AC/heat worked great. Breakfast was a combination of hot breakfast and cereal and fruit. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but everything looked like it was working well. Great value for all the facilities and services. Shuttle smelled like smoke, pick up guy from airport wasn't pleasant, but drop up guy to airport was very friendly. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. We asked for more bedding for our pull out, and it was fulfilled, no questions asked. We did wait in the lobby for quite some time for the attendant to get to the desk. Looked for a house phone near the lobby desk and no phone to contact. The attendant did apologize for the 15-minute wait.

The breakfast was blah 😒 and rather lacking for a Sunday morning. The breakfast links had no flavor what so ever.

Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at in this price range! Room was spacious and comfortable.

Bathroom heavily smelled like black mold, though I couldn't visibly see any. Granted the bathroom was the only "bad" thing about this room. Only other complaint was that the second TV, the one in the bedroom, was just for show. I was not connected to cable, in fact the TV was never even fully set up. Luckily the one in the seating room worked!

Location was perfect for our needs; easy to get to and leave. Room was spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Breakfast was busy but decent. Decent price.

The room had not been cleaned well (lettuce on the floor and grease on the desk and sofa-side table, plus food wrappers on the bed stand). Yuck.

Convenience to and from, breakfast is worthy and the pool closes late. The rooms are exceptional especially the suite rooms. The mini bars, the small arcade are additional attractions.

The things I don't like are the carpets along the hallways on the floor are outdated and smells. The hallways smells like cigarette and at the parking lot it's smells like weed.

Very nice hotel. Lobby was clean and bright upon entry with a very pleasant and informative staff. Although just listed as a “King with a pull out”, the room was a suite, which our 13 year old grandson loved! Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

The furniture in the living room was like sitting on a bench, but we didn’t use it much anyway due to having a television in the bedroom too.

I always appreciate that they sanitize the room for my daughter that has allergies, it is a request I always appreciate they have done for my family, that’s why I always stay there and I travel often to Milwaukee for work 👍🙂thank you

I loved the room, it was like a mini apartment. It had wall seperating living room from bedroom side. The living room /common room had an island table, mini fridge, microwave. Was a very large and well kept room for the price. With a TV on both bedroom and common room. I also left my sons tablet in the room and called to asking anyone found it. Thank you to their staff for the honesty and returning tablet

Wished they had more variety for breakfast, more fruit, eggs, etc
