It is a great location between the airport and visiting my family in Greendale. We like the two bedroom suite when traveling with children. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The room is a bit worn down. I stayed in the same 2-bedroom suite in December 2023. The towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. I told the staff. On this visit, the towel rack fell down again! I let the staff know. The table in the room was in bad shape and needed some attention. In the two bedroom suite - there are windows in the door between the two rooms?! Rather odd for privacy purposes. In December, we bought some Christmas wrapping paper to tape over the windows between the rooms!!

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and had something for ever diet.

I didn’t like that our room was never attended too. I had to ask for towels and washcloths the bath amenities ran out I had to hunt down housekeeping. Our trash never picked up and the bed never made. It was horrible!

The hotel was clean, room was clean and spacious, hot tub hot, pool was a decent size with basketball hoops that my kids liked, the breakfast was an assortment of eggs, omelet, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, breads, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, Yogurts, etc. There was something for everybody. Bed was comfortable.

Carpet in room was sticky, obviously needs replacing, but i feel like most hotels with carpet are that way.

Room was very good and it had a nice amount of space, we had the double queen room and the only thing id talk about it our window overlooking thr indoor pool, but otherwise i couldnt complain this was an amazing hotel for how much it was.

Property was nice, as well as the staff. Not bad for the price. Would come again.

There was a bug in my shower, and there was a ton of kids roaming around unsupervised and were loud as well as my neighbors who were very loud late at night. Outside of that it was a good stay.

The customer service was excellent! Everyone was super nice. I was worried we weren't going to get conjoined rooms but when I got there the lady at desk said we have you in rooms next to each other and it's conjoined. I was so happy. Not every place takes into account kids when guest book two rooms. I was very pleased.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast choices. The pool was kid friendly with a basketball hoop and sprinklers for the tiny ones. Hot tub for adults was great. My grandson didn't want to leave .

I thought fresh towels would be brought to our room while we were out. Im sure if I asked they would have been provided.

The breakfast was good nice workers,Kourtney even went and got us an extra floor fan because it was so hot!

The pool was a little dirty but we still had fun,we loved the basketball hoops.

Breakfast excellent. Size of rooms and having them adjoining was great

The heat/air in one of the rooms was not working but you guys sent someone to replace the part. So thank you No o e made our beds or changed the towels

I appreciate the staff on both shifts. Hotel was nice. The breakfast was pretty good. & location was excellent.

Only issue was the beds were uncomfortable.
