Breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of quick and easy offerings. Beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. Staff were extremely pleasant and cheerful during check-in and check-out.

Unfortunately, there was a lingering smoke smell. It seemed like it was less like a different guest was breaking policy and more like it was residual from previous years of smoking. It was disappointing, as I specifically seek properties that indicate they are a smoke-free property and have always had great luck at other LaQuinta properties. I didn't bother to mention anything because thankfully we weren't spending much time in our room. I opened the window while we were out and it seemed to help.

Overall, really nice place to stay. Very clean and modern. Staff is wonderful. Smells good when walking in and through the building. Didn't feel grossed out when I got into the room. No rugs in room, makes a BIG POSITIVE DIFFERENCE. When looking for a place to stay I ALWAYS check to see if there are rugs in the room. If there is, I will not book there. Just MY personal choice. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here. Would book again and recommend.

No little refrigerator or microwave in room. So basically I have no where To put drinks or food. One needs that, especially if they're going to stay more than a few nights. Also, only 1 washer and1 dryer for the whole hotel. Which by the way has 3 levels of rooms. Not good. I've stayed at smaller places that had 2 of each for guests.

. Most of the staff was friendly. The male desk clerk was the least friendliest one. The second shift desk clerk was great Alicia the manager did a great job..

Coffee was supposed to be available all day and night and it was, but there were a lot of times there was no cream or sugar. There was no hot water and we were not told that a pipe had burst so that's why we didn't have any. They could have plowed better after the storm. It was a sheet of ice.

Clean. Good location from airport. Nice dining area for breakfast.

The hallway carpeting was a little dark and grungy looking. Elevator floor was marked up. Area adjacent to hotel was not pleasing to the eye. Looked like an Applebees that was now closed right next store. Property there shabby looking.

Staff was friendly, especially the manager and second shift front desk person. Housekeeping was friendly. I especially liked being able to get coffee anytime I wanted it.

Only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel. Breakfast could offer a little more like sausage gravy and biscuits or waffles. A lot of drug addicts were here, along with the police.

Room was clean.

The check in person was great, the checkout person was not. We felt like we were bothering him. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no toaster, hardly any food, temperature for the room was 92 degrees. We were not impressed with the breakfast!

Cleaner than most hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was better than expected with sausage and waffles!

The guy at checkout could use a personality upgrade. He just sat in the corner on the computer. I felt like I was imposing to get his attention at checkout.

The room was very attractive, neat & clean. Everything was ready for me - towels, plenty of pillows, all of varying firmness, plenty of towels, an iron and ironing board, and everything else you'd want and expect.

All good.

We were just in town for 1 night for a festival and just needed somewhere to sleep. The room was clean, the ac did not make noise like some economy hotels and the free breakfast was good. It meet all our needs.

I stayed here for one night and had a decent experience. Nothing particularly stood out, but it served its purpose for a quick overnight stay. Convenient if you need something close to the airport.
