The property is situated close to family that we were visiting and many restaurants are in a close drive. Staff are friendly and facilities are clean .

We had 2 small issues with the room. A slow draining sink in the bathroom and a drawer that kept sliding open on the dresser. We discovered both after we unpacked and decided they didn’t warrant us asking for a new room. I did bring these items to the front desk’s attention the morning we checked out so they could fix them before the room was rented again. There was also an issue with breakfast foods not being plentiful even an hour before serving times were over.

The quality of breakfast if fantastic. Room is newly renovated. Bed was comfortable. Nice gym. They offers filtered water in the gym.

I reserved a one-king room, but got a double queen, slightly disappointed. Not much choice for breakfast. I was locked outside of the lobby when I arrived the hotel around 9pm until the lady at the front desk returns. Neighborhood doesn't seem to be very safe - some people wondered around the corner at night.

The customer service was superb from the front desk clerks on all shifts to all the way to the custodians and maintenance! They made my stay comfortable and well worth it. The rooms were so spacious and spotless, clean, nice size tv and bathroom. The bathroom had hygiene products available to you in the shower as needed! I recommend this one guys any day. The location was perfect, close to everything you need and desired for example; "Walmart is directly behind the hotel and a Star Bucks nextdoor!" You have a perfect side view of Miller Park as well if you stay on the 4th level. The area is quiet and I felt safe. They have a campus security officer that roams the parking lot to make sure everyone is safe as well. Great job to you all! We are all human and mishaps and mistakes can happen, but if you just be patient with people and let people do there job, you'd be surprised what can result from that 🫶. Also, even though I never made it to breakfast, it was nice to know it was available. The cutest thing was I saw rabbits in the front lawn hanging out as if that's there home 😆. It feels refreshing when you receive good customer service all around as a whole in these new times of age. It makes the stay just well worth it! Again Great Job to Everyone! I mean it all! I will most definitely recommend to friends and family!

Although, it's out of Fairfield's priority, some of the guess can be perverted; however, if you are a woman traveling alone, let Mr. Leverne know you are uncomfortable. He will make sure you are secure and safe. I also was disappointed there wasn't a pool, but it was cold during this time it didn't really matter to me.

The location is a short drive away from downtown, and there are multiple stores including a Walmart, Starbucks, McDonald, etc, within walking distance from the hotel.

The area directly around the hotel has been developed and it's nice, but it's also right on the edge of neighborhoods many would likely avoid. I also chose to stay in a room on the bottom floor/south side, due to the proximity of a cell tower which is located on the north side of the hotel.

I was staying with my handicapped brother, and had reserved a handicap accessible room, but when we got there, it wasn't that but the person at the counter immediately upgraded us to a better room that was fully accessible for no charge. Nicely done!

NO BREAKFAST! The morning we were there, something went wrong (no real explanation) but no breakfast was available. No accommodation or discount offered. Having free breakfast was a big reason we chose there.

The hotel was nice - definitely on the newer side so seemed contemporary and in good shape. The staff was very friendly and professional. The neighborhood was interesting. We selected a nearby restaurant on the older side from the hotel (a walkable distance) but after a few blocks went back for the car because of the number of shopping carts on the corners, trash and people just hanging around on the sidewalks. No one was acting rowdy or anything. We just felt we did not want to walk back through that area in the dark.

Everything at the hotel was fine so we don't have suggestions for improvement.

we attended multiple games at American Family Field. We were able to walk to the ballpark and avoid parking. we ubered 1 game back to the hotel because it was so hot. we were close to an ihop, mcdonald's and Panda Express. we walked pretty much everywhere. I wouldn't recommend walking off the beaten path after dark, but the hotel was very well lit, secure and hospitable. the staff greeted us genuinely pleasantly each time we entered. we encountered 3 different front desk clerks, and all were equally helpful and pleasant.

Modern, clean and inviting. Checked in at 5:30pm, still had coffee brewing in the lobby. Free hot breakfast in the morning, regular sausage patties and chicken breakfast sausage as an option. Oat milk creamers and make your own waffles. Hotel is centrally located, can pretty much get anywhere in the city within 10 minutes, downtown, Fiserv Forum, Potawatomi and 2 minutes from American Family Field/ Miller Park. Thank you for the lovely stay, we really enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful place and very friendly staff. Our room was clean. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast due to time constraints. There was a lot of snow in a short time frame, but they kept the sidewalks clean as best they could.

The weather, LOL! We had an early morning appointment at a near by hospital. Due to the weather forecast we made last minute decision to come the night before. I won't hesitate to book here again if I need a place to stay.

Convenience to Brewers Ball Park. Room was clean, spacious. You can catch a bus nearby into town. No problems with parking. Helpful staff. Easy to locate by car.

Car park needs to be in a secure boundary. Breakfast is forgettable. Warmed up eggs on plastic plates which lets the place down. Not the staffs fault as they are working hard and helpful.
