The hotel is in a great central location for the downtown area. There is a giant atrium with a giant piece of suspended artwork.

I don’t think the hotel had any say in the matter, but I think there is a skybridge that connects to at least one other hotel, two parking garages, possibly a school of some sort, and seems to end at the 3rd St Market building. When we tried to walk the path over to the market, the last leg was closed. It wasn’t a big deal to walk down to the street, but my wife and I thought it was a neat feature. I can see its benefit during the winter months.

Beautiful and very well kept. The staff was very patient and well accommodating.

I wish the price was cheaper for the hotel room. The check in time should be at 12 instead of 3PM. It would be great if they did the check out time at 2PM just to give the guests more time to stay in the room especially if they’re trying to catch a flight or Amtrak train in the afternoon hours. The 12 Noon check out time is to early and not much to do in the downtown Milwaukee area on a Sunday when a lot places are closed and no area festivals are going on. Maybe invest in a shuttle bus pick up/drop off service to and from the airport and Amtrak train station would be great. It’s too far to walk from the Amtrak train station and wouldn’t want to do that when it gets cold outside.

Parking ramp is right next to the hotel, but it was unclear if we needed to drive through the parking lot (was really packed and counter traffic) to get there or go back on the street and take the next left. Maybe valet parking is best (not sure what the cost though).

It would have been nice to have more coffee in the room (maybe ask at reception during check in?) The refillable shampoo/body wash bottle is nice, but why not also have refillable hand soap? Seems wasteful to open a bar of soap if you're only staying one night.

Room was roomy and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. The location was right across from UWM Panther arena so super easy for us to just walk across the street for graduation.

Bathroom was a little small for the size of the room but was not an issue. Parking was a little pricey but worth it to not have to find parking downtown. We chose to valet and they were great to work with.

The location to the Fiserve was close enough for us to walk to our event. Also plenty of places to eat nearby. We got checked in an hour early and having parking was great.

The line of cars trying to get checked in was out to the street. We traveled just over 2 hours and I had to use the restroom. My husband told me to go in and get us checked in if possible but when I came back out he had gone to the parking garage. Then we had to get our stuff to the room. Would have been nice to drop off at the lobby before parking. But there were no luggage carts available.

We accidentally booked at the wrong location (the Hyatt Place), which would have been definite inconvenience for us for our planned events, but we were able to book a room at the Hyatt Regency with the help of a very accommodating staff member. We dined across the street where we had made an advance reservation and walked to the Pabst Theater for our concert. It was a perfect night for our overnight getaway from across the state where we live. Thank Hyatt Regency!

Not sure if the restaurant is separately owned, but for a nice hotel, they need to step up their game. Breakfast was not good. At first we had paid $20 per person for buffet breakfast. Turned out it was included. Hotel was great taking care of it right away. You are in a nice hotel and charging $20 for breakfast, it should be of good quality. Do better.

It has been remodeled, so you have breakfast service in the hotel. The last time we stayed here, you got a voucher to get a sandwich and a drink in the Starbucks that’s connected to the hotel. This time, we also had a room in a higher floor which made our stay quieter than the previous times.

It’s is good to have breakfast options, but there is no information about the food at all. Bread is not identified, for example. if you have food allergies or are in a restricted type of food diet, this may make it more difficult. There were no vegetables at all either. I do have to be careful with what I eat, so I had to buy my own breakfast food to make sure that I was safe when eating.

Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Friendly staff.

Only a $18.00 buffet breakfast was available but we went to the Starbucks on site and had a breakfast sandwich. Our room was 1033 but now real convenient for women as there was only short hang option for the closet. I was unable to hang a dress. The lighting was not good enough for putting on makeup in the bathroom. Lastly, not enough counter space in the bathroom for toiletries. Big bathroom but only a small counter around one sink.

Room was large and comfortable, staff were all very friendly and polite, saying 'good morning' in the hallways, holding elevator doors, etc. And room service every day which I don't really expect anymore and often don't see post-Covid. I was really very happy with my stay.

Bathroom a bit small/dated but clean and it was fine for my needs so not really complaining.
